Terrible place. They will put you on hold and say there is one person ahead of you then answer and tell you there are 2 people ahead of you and then hang up. The staff is rude and unprofessional. You can speak to anyone because all they do is put you on hold.

Gouged by CVS by charging more than $38 for a 5 day course of ZPAk. Mislead by the Pharmacy stating that the medication is not covered by United Health. United later confirmed that they do not have an alliance with CVS. Can someone from CVS stand up and correct this? This is day light robbery and needs to be addressed... read full comment
