“I came for the medical exam, Eva is the best, she's very sweet and took care of me even if her day was over. The main doctor was very gentle. You pay for the whole medical exam and if you need to get extra vaccines, she will also help. I recommand 100%!!”

“On March 24, 2023 I was in this lab for blood tests. The procedure was not performed. I was attended by the employee Susan who had already debited 70 dollars on my debit card. As the exam was not done; she had to refund the card. She didn't know how to use the machine; she had to ask for help. After apparently getting it, she told me that in a few days the return would be done. This refund has not been made as of today, July 11th. I've been to the lab several times and it's always the same story. Hang on! Then they said it was a problem with my bank. I went to my bank and there is no problem with my bank. This never happened. The lab error. 3 months without refunding my money. Absurd!!! Return my money!!! I will go to court”

“I suffer from lupus and several other overlapping anti immune chronic disorders I have had to have blood labs more much more than most and dread the experience because after so many years my veins are very hard to draw blood from I have been sent away at other places not wanting to even try I have been poked and jabbed into tears at other drawing stations , but not here!! I go early and I've never had to wait very long there's a big parking structure in the back that's free I've never any trouble with parking some of the spots are marked for doctors only there's plenty of handicapped parking and there's elevators as well and stair I pick mornings because the two phlebotomist that are usually there at that time are both equally as skilled each one has never had trouble and always get me on the first poke are two phlebotomist that are the best everadies that work here and there just wonderful both of them have their own techniques and have no trouble drawing my blood and how could they not with their positive attitude and they're great self esteem is the tall building next to the hospital easy to find it's right on the major bus line and it's that it's a clean very organized run office and I'm always in and out very quickly as for other places I'll never go anywhere else again I want to tell them thank you very much and I appreciate making a difficult part of my life a little more easier and wish them happy holidays. “After reading the other reviews I was prepared to wait a while, but when I arrived around 3pm there was no wait at all. There is only one phlebotomist who also handles admin, and she was sweet and efficient. I was in and out within 15 min. However the hours on google are incorrect, the lab closes at 4pm.”
“Ana was absolutely amazing. It took less that 10 seconds and this was the first time ever that I did not even feel a slight pinch. I will keep returning to this location to hopefully be able to get Ana every single time. She’s amazing at her job. Thank you Ana for such a great and quick experience ☺”
