“Crystal at 355 Placentia Ave in Newport Beach is an extraordinary phlebotomists and human. She genuinely cares about patients, relates to them, and puts them at ease. In addition, she has the perfect touch when it comes to drawing blood. I also overheard Crystal helping a couple that arrived with a LabCorp form and concerns about their insurance coverage when, just minutes before, another phlebotomist at the center had dismissed the couple and told them to discuss with their doctor. The couple was not native English speakers and Crystal was patient and helpful to them. I usually don't take time to provide long comments like this, but Crystal really left an impression on me.”
