I can’t remember his name, but he had a halls cough drop in his mouth if that helps you identify him ?. After explaining what I wanted he went to the back and found a pair that wasn’t on display that ended up being exactly what I was looking for! Great customer service!”

“Zumiez is my go-to spot for all things skate and streetwear! The store always has an awesome selection of clothes, shoes, and gear from top brands, and the vibe is super chill. The staff is really friendly and always willing to help you find what you're looking for, whether it's the latest sneakers or a new skateboard deck. They're knowledgeable and never pushy, which makes for a great shopping experience. If you're into skate culture or just love cool, casual style, Zumiez is the place to be. Five stars all day!”

My husband, Andrew built a custom suit with the owner and he had such a great time and from designing, to fit and tailoring, everything was just on point. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! “Big shoutout to Amare!(I think I spelled that right lol) I placed a same day order pickup and decided to catch the new Chainsaw Movie late. My family was supposed to grab my order but didn’t so I had to rush over. I called and not only was she incredibly accommodating but she also told me that if I get there a little late she would still get me my order so I can wear the shirt to the new movie! When I got there like 5 minutes before closing, it was already in hand and she told me to enjoy the movie and that I would like it. I can see why she is a manager there because she is amazing! The store is missing some items that they have online, like tank tops, but you can order that to the store. Still a bit inconvenient.

“The highest quality with the best customer service is what to expect. Ron is the ultimate professional. My husband has a very hard time finding shirts and pants that fit correctly. Once we started to get his clothes made by Austin Taylor, he gets compliments all of the time. Specifically, the sport coat that Ron just made for him is such a beautiful cut with a fun lining and of the highest quality cloth and exquisite detail (buttons, thread color and so many choices). High end, great fit, stylish mens clothes. I would highly recommend going to see Ron.”

“Site was very well stocked with many great items to choose from!! I had come in to see what was available as I had not planned on making a purchase. The employees were very attentive and even asked my group if we had signed up for rewards and to check what discounts we had available. We only walked half the store. I had a few items to think about purchasing in the future. There’s only so much Jack Skellington you can buy before it’s too much. I didn’t get to see any Loki items so that was a bit of a bummer. Had I walked the entire store, I bet I would’ve found something!!”
“I wanted to take a moment to acknowledge the exceptional customer service one of your employees provided this past month. When Volcom Online store had its sale for 40% off on wetsuits, I decided to try wearing a Volcom wetsuit for the first time. I've always worn a men's Medium/Short in every other brand, but when I ordered three MS wetsuits from Volcom (2mm, 3/2mm, and 4/3mm), I discovered they were all slightly too big. I was able to order the 2mm replacement in a size small online, but the 3/2 and 4/3 smalls were out of stock online. I called the Volcom store at Irvine Spectrum and Shep (Shepherd Edwards, Volcom Irvine Store Manager)... answered the phone. He was so incredibly helpful! Over the course of the next couple of days, he called stores around the state and country and obtained the other two replacements with no additional effort on my part. He acted promptly and always followed up with me regarding updates on the status of my replacements. I have been so disappointed with the customer service of certain other surfing retail establishments in recent years that I was floored by his professionalism and promptness. I asked him for his full name and the name of his manager so I could take a moment to express my appreciation. And the size small fits just right, by the way! Really enjoying the 4/3 now that the water temp has dropped a bit! Thanks again to Shep!”

“I understand this may be a very popular Old Navy due to location. I was a bit alarmed on the long line and wait. But again, it’s mostly due to this being a busy location. I did interact with the cashier who did my online order pickup & purchasing additional items. I was told Old Navy doesn’t do price adjustments. So just placed my order for pickup at my closest Old Navy. We only stopped here because we were already there shopping. I do love the Christmas pjs, as my girl friends and I usually match for our Christmas get together. Won’t be returning to this location unless absolutely have to.”

Whether you're into sports teams, custom designs, or classic styles, they've got it all. The staff is super helpful, always ready to assist with sizing or finding exactly what you're looking for. Plus, the custom embroidery option is a game-changer--I've had a few hats personalized, and the quality is top-notch. If you're a hat lover, this place is a must-visit. Five stars!”

“Yesterday I decided to do a little shopping before the rains would keep me from going outdoor shopping. I saw an awesome skirt in the window @ Cotton On . I tried on size 2 . I wanted to wear it lower almost at my hips . Carlos came to my rescue. He was able to take the size I needed off the mannequin. While I went to go try that size on , Carlos put a different size on the mannequin. Unfortunately the second skirt I tried on was the right size but when I asked if it would shrink when I washed . Carlos said very possibly it would. Once again poor Carlos had to take off another skirt again off the mannequin. Luckily for me Carlos so do patient with me . I was able to purchase the size skirt i needed. I felt bad that Carlos had to do so much for me . I felt it was important to know that Carlos went above and beyond for me . I feel like he would do this for all his customers. It's all about making his customers happy so they can keep coming back . Fernando was also very helpful. He took ge time to sign me up for the rewards program. Thank you Fernando. Carlos I can't thank you enough for your service!”

“This was my first custom suit experience and it was nothing short of eye-opening! Aaron was very knowledgeable, professional, and a pleasure to talk to, he is the main man to go to for fun candor and technical expertise to make a person look their best! The double breasted suit that we designed was my first one but it will not certainly be my last at Trutailor. It fit perfectly around my body and it gave me the ability to know what I would like in the future for the rest of my wardrobe. With all this to boot at an attainable price for a quality suit and overall experience!
