Went on the website and saw pants on sale for $19 but when I went to check out they were $34 I emailed Tilly’s and they the sale ended even though it still showed the sale price on the website but they refused to sell them to me. Just wish they would have done the right thing instead of losing a customer

Online orders are jus a headache the deliver it the shipping company are just scammers claiming items are delivered and Tilly's never addresses the problem I usually like ordering clothes for the family but now won't be ever ordering from them.

Bought a $75 backpack for my second grader and it came undone at the seem within the first week. Tillys refused to exchange it. Ive spent thousands of $$ over the years and I will never go to that store again.
