“This is a Japanese supermarket filled with all kinds of containers, fresh flowers, and decorative items. Most of these items are small and delicate, with exquisite designs. As an art student, this is one of the few supermarkets that truly delights me.”
“Had to share my experience with Kelli in the Order pickup department. She was so wonderful!! There was a mishap with my order and I was picking up some very important shoes and she was so so helpful and patient on the phone and in store and managed to locate my misplaced order. So thankful for her for helping me and for easing my mind!! Wedding saved!”

“I had been hauling around a return with me for a while and happened to be in this shopping center for something else today so I decided to finally complete my return. While I was in line, I realized I did not have the receipt. The staff couldn’t locate my items in their system to offer me store credit so she called the Store Manager. The Store Manager was so nice, overriding their system to issue me store credit. Not the typical kind of service you receive at these stores. I am so grateful that she saved me from spending time trying to locate the receipt and another trip back to the store.”
“Convenient location with plentiful parking, but older facility that was somewhat dated compared to the newer stores. Well stocked with merchadise, but no houseplants at all. Employees appeared competent and helpful.”

“A lovely MINISO in Irvine Spectrum Center. It was going through renovation so a lot of products are missing. The blind box display was quite empty. I went for the 3D toy product and fortunately or unfortunately they only have ONE item left! Maybe it might be a lot better when they finished the renovation.”

“CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ITS BEST!!! I won't go into the exact details, but I was definitely done with Tilly's, the customer service I received WAS RUBBISH AND ONLY GOT WORSE WITH EACH NEW CUSTOMER SERVICE REP I SPOKE WITH. That is until BRANDON. This guy changed my mind. Excellent gold star customer service!!! Someone at corporate needs to know about you man, SERIOUSLY!!! Thank you. Your great job has made sure I'll continue to be a loyal customer.”
“I've been to this Walmart many times during my lunch break and haven't had to wait too long to checkout - thanks to the self checkout line. Since this location is a Supercenter, it's more stocked than your average Walmart, which offers a wide selection of choices. I like that there's a grocery attached to this one, which allows me to check many items off my grocery list. I sometimes like to check out the clearance aisle, which they put off-season products marked down at super low prices. I once bought an advent calendar of dog treats for just $1, which was still good for another year.I like that the customer service line goes by pretty quickly. The manager who is on shift during lunch hour knows when to step in if the line becomes too long. Parking is very easy here since it's located in a big shopping area.”

“Visited kohls in Irvine during a very busy afternoon. Samantha was the only one working at checkout. She kept the line moving along while also helping someone on the phone.
