“Big shoutout to Amare!(I think I spelled that right lol) I placed a same day order pickup and decided to catch the new Chainsaw Movie late. My family was supposed to grab my order but didn’t so I had to rush over. I called and not only was she incredibly accommodating but she also told me that if I get there a little late she would still get me my order so I can wear the shirt to the new movie! When I got there like 5 minutes before closing, it was already in hand and she told me to enjoy the movie and that I would like it. I can see why she is a manager there because she is amazing! Would highly recommend shopping here because of her! Thanks Amare!”

“I understand this may be a very popular Old Navy due to location. I was a bit alarmed on the long line and wait. But again, it’s mostly due to this being a busy location. I did interact with the cashier who did my online order pickup & purchasing additional items. I was told Old Navy doesn’t do price adjustments. So just placed my order for pickup at my closest Old Navy. We only stopped here because we were already there shopping. I do love the Christmas pjs, as my girl friends and I usually match for our Christmas get together. Won’t be returning to this location unless absolutely have to.”

“I got a beautiful navy dress from every pretty for my sister's wedding! Something got mixed up and my phone said that it was delivered, but when i check it wasn't at my campus. I called there customer service team and they got right on it! Sending me next steps on how to get my dress, and by the next morning I had received it! There team was so friendly and willing to help! I definitely looking to buy another dress soon!”

“This past weekend, my daughter and I went to the store at the Irvine Spectrum in Irvine, California to purchase her dress for her upcoming Senior Prom.
We were immediately welcomed warmly to the store and asked if we needed assistance by Miss Haley. She asked my daughter a few questions about color and styles, and they were off to selecting a special dress for the special occasion!
She took the time, care, and knowledge/experience to select six (6) lovely dresses with various styles for my daughter to try out and ensured we had a fitting room after a very short wait.
After trying on everything, a decision was made, and my daughter and I left with both the dress and some pretty earrings to match!
From beginning to end, Miss Haley was very attentive to not only us, but every client she was assisting while we were there - this was a short glimpse into her dedication to excellent customer service for the Windsor brand!
In summary, she was not only a delight to interact with, but very professional and efficient!! Miss Haley is an asset to Windsor, and we wish her all the best at your company and in life!”

“H&M always has whatever it is I'm looking for. The price is fair for the quality imo. Don't expect something that costs $10 to hold its color, or maintain its size because it won't. If you're ok with a rotating wardrobe then you can't go wrong with H&M. Btw the map marker for this location is way off. It's not in Irvine in Lakeside Middle Schools field. Hopefully that gets fixed.”

“There's a Pacsun right by my house, but I work at the Spectrum. I'll definitely be coming to this location every time in the future. Jennifer and Junior went above and beyond to help me find a gift for my wife. She asked for something specific, and they knew exactly what she wanted. They were helpful the entire time I was there, and were so personable from beginning to end. They certainly deserve a raise and some praise. These two gave phenomenal customer service and I'll definitely be back just for them. Thank you so much, Jennifer and Junior. My wife says thank you, too!”
“5 stars for the establishment and the manager Sara for being so kind and helpful. However, I want to make a comment in regards Wendy Montebellos comment as I was taken aback by her review. I was here during the incident and Wendy had attitude towards the workers. She was never denied service and they were friendly towards her the whole time even as they were closing. After the altercation, we felt so terrible for the way they were treated and I hope that Wendys review does not affect the reputation of the Cotton ON at Irvine Spectrum.”

“Jill the store employee was so helpful and stunning with her customer service. I left feeling satisfied never wanting to buy any other lingerie because of the way it feels and the price is good. It was not cheap but it was not expensive. I got 3 pairs of matching bras and underwear and their bras are to live in So comfortable. I'll be back. They're opening one in Vegas and Jill will be managing that one! I'll miss you!”
