“I’ve been to this store a couple of times whenever I visit Irvine- and am always amazed by their rhinestone hoodies/jackets! Truly unique and compliment every outfit of mine… the workers are also very kind and helpful.”
“Zumiez is my go-to spot for all things skate and streetwear! The store always has an awesome selection of clothes, shoes, and gear from top brands, and the vibe is super chill. The staff is really friendly and always willing to help you find what you're looking for, whether it's the latest sneakers or a new skateboard deck. They're knowledgeable and never pushy, which makes for a great shopping experience. If you're into skate culture or just love cool, casual style, Zumiez is the place to be. Five stars all day!”
“Grateful for your products. While expensive, it was far cheaper than a hospital visit. Crashed my eBike. Went over the handlebars. Head hit pavement. 70lb bike landed on my head. Helmet and elbow absorbed most of the impact. Helmet was hit hard enough the exterior shell received a dent. I would have 100% needed a hospital visit had I been without. I will buy a new one. This one performed its job.”
“I have been going to Blake for years now and would not go anywhere else! He is amazing. His customer service is second to none and it always feels like a refreshing experience when I meet with him. “I understand this may be a very popular Old Navy due to location. I was a bit alarmed on the long line and wait. But again, it’s mostly due to this being a busy location. I did interact with the cashier who did my online order pickup & purchasing additional items. I was told Old Navy doesn’t do price adjustments. So just placed my order for pickup at my closest Old Navy. We only stopped here because we were already there shopping. I do love the Christmas pjs, as my girl friends and I usually match for our Christmas get together. Won’t be returning to this location unless absolutely have to.”
“Was looking for a really white, crisp cardigan for the cooler months for layering and came upon this ultra soft and frilly cardigan with the sweetest collar design. Super pretty! Great assortment of dresses, jewelry, loungewear, and accessories.”
“I called on specific board short and Brinna (spelling?) a young woman answered my call. She looked in the store and online for me and said it might be available online soon. She answered all of my questions and went above and beyond to help me. Its rare to recieve such good customer service these days. Thank you Brinna”

“I got the mini air hockey table for my boyfriend. It's really cute, and I'm excited to play. Though when I took it out of the box, it looked like there was some water damage on it. I was also a little upset when she charged me for a bag. Like what am I supposed to do, carry it in my arms?”
“I got a beautiful navy dress from every pretty for my sister's wedding! Something got mixed up and my phone said that it was delivered, but when i check it wasn't at my campus. I called there customer service team and they got right on it! Sending me next steps on how to get my dress, and by the next morning I had received it! There team was so friendly and willing to help! I definitely looking to buy another dress soon!”
“I want to give a huge shoutout to Peter and Karen for going above and beyond for my mom and I. My mom had a hard time finding shorts in the right size, so Peter and Karen brought us multiple sizes and styles to try. They were so helpful and never once acted annoyed or rushed us. They kept the mood light and made the whole shopping trip fun. It's rare to get service like that. They made us feel valued, and now I'll definitely be coming back to this store again.

The store has a really cool vibe, with a clean, well-organized layout that makes it easy to browse without feeling overwhelmed. Everything is displayed nicely, and you can actually enjoy walking through the space, which isn’t always the case with busy retail spots.
The selection is on point—stylish, trendy pieces along with some unique finds you don’t see everywhere. Whether you’re looking for casual wear, statement pieces, or even accessories and home items, they’ve got a solid mix.
What stood out the most was how well-kept and organized everything was, even during busier times. The staff were also friendly and helpful without being pushy, which made the experience even better.
Overall, a 5-star visit—great atmosphere, strong selection, and a smooth shopping experience. Definitely worth stopping by when you’re at the Spectrum.”
“H&M always has whatever it is I'm looking for. The price is fair for the quality imo. Don't expect something that costs $10 to hold its color, or maintain its size because it won't. If you're ok with a rotating wardrobe then you can't go wrong with H&M. Btw the map marker for this location is way off. It's not in Irvine in Lakeside Middle Schools field. Hopefully that gets fixed.”
“This past weekend, my daughter and I went to the store at the Irvine Spectrum in Irvine, California to purchase her dress for her upcoming Senior Prom.
We were immediately welcomed warmly to the store and asked if we needed assistance by Miss Haley. She asked my daughter a few questions about color and styles, and they were off to selecting a special dress for the special occasion!
She took the time, care, and knowledge/experience to select six (6) lovely dresses with various styles for my daughter to try out and ensured we had a fitting room after a very short wait.
After trying on everything, a decision was made, and my daughter and I left with both the dress and some pretty earrings to match!
From beginning to end, Miss Haley was very attentive to not only us, but every client she was assisting while we were there - this was a short glimpse into her dedication to excellent customer service for the Windsor brand!
In summary, she was not only a delight to interact with, but very professional and efficient!! Miss Haley is an asset to Windsor, and we wish her all the best at your company and in life!”

“I want to give a shout out to Leah! I was at this store with my daughter who needed some assistance picking out some clothes. I sought out a friendly looking associate and found Leah. She gave some great suggestions and my daughter tried some clothes on in the fitting room. We needed more advice concerning jean sizes/fit and I found Leah again. She was very patient and helpful. Unfortunately, we did not walk away with any purchases. We left the store and discovered that my daughter had left her cell phone in the changing room. We quickly returned to the store and Leah recognized us right away and handed us her phone. Thank you Leah for all of your assistance today. You were a highlight of our visit.”

“There's a Pacsun right by my house, but I work at the Spectrum. I'll definitely be coming to this location every time in the future. Jennifer and Junior went above and beyond to help me find a gift for my wife. She asked for something specific, and they knew exactly what she wanted. They were helpful the entire time I was there, and were so personable from beginning to end. They certainly deserve a raise and some praise. These two gave phenomenal customer service and I'll definitely be back just for them. Thank you so much, Jennifer and Junior. My wife says thank you, too!”
“5 stars for the establishment and the manager Sara for being so kind and helpful. However, I want to make a comment in regards Wendy Montebellos comment as I was taken aback by her review. I was here during the incident and Wendy had attitude towards the workers. She was never denied service and they were friendly towards her the whole time even as they were closing. After the altercation, we felt so terrible for the way they were treated and I hope that Wendys review does not affect the reputation of the Cotton ON at Irvine Spectrum.”
“Jill the store employee was so helpful and stunning with her customer service. I left feeling satisfied never wanting to buy any other lingerie because of the way it feels and the price is good. It was not cheap but it was not expensive. I got 3 pairs of matching bras and underwear and their bras are to live in So comfortable. I'll be back. They're opening one in Vegas and Jill will be managing that one! I'll miss you!”

My daughter was really upset when she broke one of her tumblers twice they exchanged it for her the first time then when we got home it unfortunately broke again. The manager Kat was really nice over the phone with having no issue with returning it or exchanging it again for us. My daughter was really happy about it. Always great customer service here :) :) :)”
