“As I'm waiting for Spookys test results, I decided to take a min. to leave a review because I've never felt so calm and reassuring of a place more than Tustin Legacy. As you walk in it's the cutest place, very warm and welcoming they had spookys room ready and on the door they had a welcome sign for him with a spooky house/a ghost and a spider web?. From staff to the vet not once did I feel pressured to paying for things I didn't want. They give you a few options and you chose what you want done. I have found his forever hospital.”

“We took our cat Honey here after having an iffy experience with another vet, and I'm so glad we did! I can tell the doctors and vet techs truly care about their patients. Dr Beaudet answered all of our questions (and there were a lot) and was even available for questions via email. I think the prices here are very reasonable and we have always been able to get an appointment within a few days. I wish they were open on Saturdays to make scheduling a little easier, but overall this is an amazing pet clinic that truly cares!”

“After suddenly and very unexpectedly losing our young cat, we reached out to Lab for Pets and were able to bring him to the facility on the same day for necropsy (postmortem) services. The pathologist was very kind, communicative and transparent about the entire process (our first time going through this type of process). The final lab report was emailed to us and I received a phone call from the pathologist on the same day the report was emailed, where he spent time explaining the findings and making the report easier to understand. The pathologist also offered guidance and recommendations for the surviving littermate, given the results. The remains were then Fed Ex'ed overnight to us because we live in a different county and so we wouldn't have to drive back up to get them. They were beautifully and thoughtfully packaged as well. A lot of love seemed to go into that final part. I would very much recommend Lab for Pets for their necropsy and other services. They are professional and caring, especially during a very emotional process such as this. Thanks again”

“Helped give me more time with my 3 year old dog who had a massive brain tumor. Without their quick help we would've lost our dog months ago. We aren't guaranteed as long as one would hope with her but they helped us get more time with her and thats all that matters. Within hours of completing her SRT radiation she was already feeling more like herself and now a month later she is 80% back to her old self. The staff was so caring and amazing and I can't thank them enough. Shoutout to Dr.Wilcox & Jenna the tech you guys are amazing.”

“In need of a new vet (I've only had one for more than 20 years), I took my cat to Animal Clinic Of Tustin Ranch because it was close and they had favorable hours. I was met by a warm reception desk and then shown into the exam room. The Vet tech asked questions and weighed my girl and was very gentle with a very scared cat. Once Dr. Holden came in, I immediately felt comfortable. She was kind, thorough and very gentle with my girl. Looks like I have a new Vet! Yay.”

“Always friendly! They open pretty early for drop off appointments (before the store itself opens) which is very convenient. The special care wellness plan is not cheap but it covers a lot. I dropped my dog off for a few vaccines and they did some health checks (including teeth) that were all included in the plan. I didn't end up paying anything at all for the visit.”

Unfortunately, Zuma didn't make it and we had to put her down because of numerous health battles she was dealing with. Nonetheless, I appreciate all the efforts they made in helping her and us during this difficult time. We received a letter in the mail shortly after she passed from the VCA sending their condolences to us for the loss of Zuma... very sweet and thoughtful of them. ❤️ thank you VCA for all that you do!”
