“This review is LONG overdue! I genuinely don’t think I’ve ever loved or appreciated a veterinary office as much as I do Alona Animal Hospital.

I’ve brought both of my babies, Pinky and Nala, here, and they were originally seeing Dr. Ransom. He has always been so incredibly sweet, gentle, and loving toward my fur babies, and you can truly tell how much he cares about the animals he treats.

Unfortunately, I’ve had some terrible experiences at other veterinary offices where it felt like the first recommendation was always the most expensive treatment possible. My experience here has been completely different. I’ve always felt like the doctors and staff genuinely try to find the most effective AND cost-conscious way to treat my babies without compromising their care. That means so much when you’re worried about your pet and already feeling overwhelmed.

Dr. Ibrahim has since taken over the practice, and she is just as kind, caring, and compassionate. I truly feel like Dr. Ransom couldn’t have left his patients and practice in better hands. Dr. Ibrahim feels like the perfect person to carry on the level of care we’ve come to love here.

The entire team deserves recognition, including all of the staff working behind the scenes. Everyone has been professional, caring, considerate, patient, and compassionate. They’ve managed to make veterinary care feel a little less scary for our animals AND for us humans… especially our pockets.
