“The merchants here are so helpful, they have assisted nearly all of my family members find clothes for my wedding. The prices are reasonable and proportional to the materials and complexity of the stitchwork. When this style of clothing was so new to my family, they were super helpful in answering any questions, and had no problem digging through the shelves to find a specific thing to fit my family's criteria. They were not pushy to get a sale either. I would (and have) recommend this store to anyone.”
“Zumiez is my go-to spot for all things skate and streetwear! The store always has an awesome selection of clothes, shoes, and gear from top brands, and the vibe is super chill. The staff is really friendly and always willing to help you find what you're looking for, whether it's the latest sneakers or a new skateboard deck. They're knowledgeable and never pushy, which makes for a great shopping experience. If you're into skate culture or just love cool, casual style, Zumiez is the place to be. Five stars all day!”
“Big shoutout to Amare!(I think I spelled that right lol) I placed a same day order pickup and decided to catch the new Chainsaw Movie late. My family was supposed to grab my order but didn’t so I had to rush over. I called and not only was she incredibly accommodating but she also told me that if I get there a little late she would still get me my order so I can wear the shirt to the new movie! When I got there like 5 minutes before closing, it was already in hand and she told me to enjoy the movie and that I would like it. I can see why she is a manager there because she is amazing! “Site was very well stocked with many great items to choose from!! I had come in to see what was available as I had not planned on making a purchase. The employees were very attentive and even asked my group if we had signed up for rewards and to check what discounts we had available. We only walked half the store. I had a few items to think about purchasing in the future. There’s only so much Jack Skellington you can buy before it’s too much. I didn’t get to see any Loki items so that was a bit of a bummer. Had I walked the entire store, I bet I would’ve found something!!”
“I have always loved Anthropologie for their beautiful displays! Whoever is head of merchandising is truly an artist. It can be a difficult craft, and they achieve it so well.
While the prices can be quite high-end, so is the quality. This store literally looks like the cover of a magazine, but in real life.
Also, it is ridiculously organized and kept up with. I saw some books that were stacked to perfection. Nothing is out of place…except for in the small sale section. That area can be a bit crazy sometimes, but it’s tucked away and it’s a sale!
I also love the way the store smells. I’m not sure what the scent is exactly, but I’m pretty sure they sell it there as well. Overall, beautiful store, great products and hard working staff!”
“I bought a cute an inexpensive sweater there last night. Clean store and friendly service. I apparently left my wallet with EVERYTHING in it there last night and didn't realize until this morning. “I recently visited a Fabletics store and found it to be clean and tidy. Their leggings are super soft and comfortable—I love how they feel on my skin. Although they are on the pricey side, the quality is worth it for me. The staff are super nice and helpful, making my shopping experience great.”

“Great customer service and conversation always in this store. The brand is a premium brand, and the employees always go the extra mile. In the last few months I've had great interactions and help. Today Robby, was super helpful and went the extra mile. Good energy, good info and was chill. They have high quality products at all times and worth the price! They have a wide variety of socks and underwear for both genders. And then some other clothing. I'm a fan of this brand. Always had their socks but recently wanted a change with underwear. And that's where I went with stance. And my favorites are the poly blend and cotton. Great material and feels amazing. To be honest I was against paying more for underwear whether it's for chilling at home, going on dates or working out- I needed an upgrade for feel and durability. Stance is the brand.”
“I wanted to take a moment to acknowledge the exceptional customer service one of your employees provided this past month. When Volcom Online store had its sale for 40% off on wetsuits, I decided to try wearing a Volcom wetsuit for the first time. I've always worn a men's Medium/Short in every other brand, but when I ordered three MS wetsuits from Volcom (2mm, 3/2mm, and 4/3mm), I discovered they were all slightly too big. I was able to order the 2mm replacement in a size small online, but the 3/2 and 4/3 smalls were out of stock online. I called the Volcom store at Irvine Spectrum and Shep (Shepherd Edwards, Volcom Irvine Store Manager)... answered the phone. He was so incredibly helpful! Over the course of the next couple of days, he called stores around the state and country and obtained the other two replacements with no additional effort on my part. He acted promptly and always followed up with me regarding updates on the status of my replacements. I have been so disappointed with the customer service of certain other surfing retail establishments in recent years that I was floored by his professionalism and promptness. I asked him for his full name and the name of his manager so I could take a moment to express my appreciation. And the size small fits just right, by the way! Really enjoying the 4/3 now that the water temp has dropped a bit! Thanks again to Shep!”

“H&M always has whatever it is I'm looking for. The price is fair for the quality imo. Don't expect something that costs $10 to hold its color, or maintain its size because it won't. If you're ok with a rotating wardrobe then you can't go wrong with H&M. Btw the map marker for this location is way off. It's not in Irvine in Lakeside Middle Schools field. Hopefully that gets fixed.”
“I’m impressed with the quality of the fabric of their shapewear! It’s super smooth, breathable, and holds everything in without feeling too tight. The compression is strong but still comfortable—I can wear it all day without any rolling or pinching. You can really feel the difference compared to other brands. Totally worth it!”
“This past weekend, my daughter and I went to the store at the Irvine Spectrum in Irvine, California to purchase her dress for her upcoming Senior Prom.
We were immediately welcomed warmly to the store and asked if we needed assistance by Miss Haley. She asked my daughter a few questions about color and styles, and they were off to selecting a special dress for the special occasion!
She took the time, care, and knowledge/experience to select six (6) lovely dresses with various styles for my daughter to try out and ensured we had a fitting room after a very short wait.
After trying on everything, a decision was made, and my daughter and I left with both the dress and some pretty earrings to match!
From beginning to end, Miss Haley was very attentive to not only us, but every client she was assisting while we were there - this was a short glimpse into her dedication to excellent customer service for the Windsor brand!

“Aarica was wonderful! I came in to try on a number of gowns from a specific designer and she was so helpful in guiding the decision making process along the way while being genuine and supportive. They sold me the most amazing dress that I can't wait to wear next year. The shop is also clean and the samples are in good condition (some places I'd been had quite dirty samples - not a huge issue but a less pleasant experience). They also have 2 people take your measurements separately and compare for due diligence, so I'm feeling good that we landed on the right size to order.
Highly recommend this shop to anyone!”
