“I am very picky about my linens and Bloomingdale's always has the best. I bought the Hudson Park Collection this time in the 680 and 800 thread count. It's their higher quality so the price is a bit pricey but best to buy when they have their big home sale. Service was great. Eleanor helped me and she was very pleasant and helpful.”

“My family and I were recently walking Balboa Island. It's been a favorite evening activity of my wife and I since 2011. Now 14 years and 4 kids later we still enjoy a simple stroll around these little islands. We got there earlier than normal and actually go to enjoy this little gem of a store. If you are walking to quickly along the path you might miss their striking arches at the entry. This time we caught them as they were closing and had a wonderful conversation with Megan. She was delightful and let us enjoy the store for a bit while she was packing everything up. I can't believe it had taken us all these years to get there early enough to enjoy this special little spot. My daughters loved the jewelry selection, the sunglasses and the perfect eclectic mix of Southern CA energy. This place is adorable. Thanks again, Megan!”

“I have a love/hate relationship with this store. I’m shopping at Fashion Island, and I come upon it (I feel like it keeps moving?) I see some very cute/nice items through the windows, so with high hopes of trying on and buying, I walk in. Buuut then it hits me - the store is so heavily scented that I literally have to hold my breath as I quickly scour the racks then bid a very hasty exit! I have never made it into a fitting room, or been able to stay long enough to buy anything. Such lovely things. ?”

Miriam knows how to style people! This is the best boutique in Newport Beach and Laguna Beach California. They have timeless clothes, seasonal sales, and know how to make you look like a million bucks. I always bring friends from out of town here and they cannot wait to come back. Such a classy boutique and beautiful array of clothes from shoes to belts to jewelry to dresses. If you need an event to go to, you come here!”
“We stopped into Buck Mason in Fashion Island, being only vaguely familiar with the brand. Two hours and a substantial purchase later, I have to applaud this store and staff for creating an unparalleled shopping experience.
It’s not often the staff of a retail store encapsulate the vibe of a brand; after meeting this crew, I’m confident this staff does exactly that. Warm, engaging, friendly without being contrived or saccharine, and each equally gorgeous and stylish, putting their own spin on the brand’s style in an aspirational way.
We worked mainly with Erik, the store manager. Erik was truly delightful; he met and read my husband’s fashion reticence and gave him ample space to try things on comfortably and without pressure, while always ready to grab a different size or recommend a different fit. Erik knew every detail about material, sizing, and fit and very quickly understood what we were interested in and looking for.
The culture of the store felt mature but cool, and they treated my teenage daughter with the same respect and warmth as they did me, the middle-aged mom.
We come to Newport Beach every year and a stop into the store will become tradition (until we get one in Salt Lake City… please!) I applaud the entire staff for cultivating such a happy memory for my family.”

“Based on some of the reviews, I really wasn’t too sure what to expect. I showed up in flip-flops, shorts, and a t-shirt and never felt more welcomed. The staff was as friendly as can be. They gave me plenty of space to look around but were always there for me if I needed anything. They even walked me out and met my dog!
Definitely a more limited inventory for guys, but what they do carry for men are things you’ll have a hard time finding anywhere else.
I would definitely recommend this place to any guy looking for high-quality clothes.”

“I have been shopping at this store for years and it is always well stocked, organized, and the staff is always friendly and helpful. On a recent trip Alfie recognized me and asked about my wife who usually is with me. I shared with him that she recently passed away and that I was there shopping with my son. He went over and above normal great customer service and showed me true human compassion. He shared about a tragedy he had experienced in his life and genuinely asked how my son and I were doing. He listened and took time to try to connect on a personal level. He then spent some extra time with my son discussing their shared love of golf and connecting with him. This was more than a normal shopping experience. I am so grateful for they way we were treated and for the kindness Alfie displayed. I want his managers to know what he did and how much we appreciated him that day. He is a true asset to your team!”
