“This is a great grooming business. We moved away for a while and have gone to 2 other groomers but our dog always left them stressed. We went back to Little Paws today after coming back to the area and our dog is so happy! He even took a nap on the car ride back home. The attention to detail and the love and care they give the doggies during their bath is very commendable. Little Paws, you guys are awesome!”

“Spectacular! I needed pine pellets (which I use for cat litter and I'm tired of paying premium prices because someone slapped the word "feline" on the bag). Thought I was going to have to drive wayyyy out to the farm store. Someone suggested I check this place out. So glad I did! Picked up several bags of pellets (40 lb bag goes for under $10) and got a 50lb bag of bird feed while I was at it. Pay at the counter, take your receipt outside to the helpful friendly folks with the forklifts, and they load it into your car for you.”
“I absolutely love this place and is by far the best I've been to locally. Not only are they reasonably priced, but the staff really enjoy what they do and are true pet lovers. I've been here a few times with one dog, and I recently just picked up a second dog that will be visiting this place soon. Some things I was not aware of as a dog parent and the owner were kind enough to have a great conversation with and educating me on what work or doesn't work. Getting a same day appointment can be a bit hectic, but that's what happens when you don't already have an appointment. Sometimes, I get lucky to get the same day, but that's okay too. All in all, this is an amazing salon for the fur babies!”
“This was my rescue kitty's first grooming since I adopted her late November 2025. Her short life had been a whirlwind up until then. I wasn't sure how she would handle being groomed.
The staff at APR&S are wonderful! I gave Bianca (a wonderful soul) my kitty's history. Jose, the cat groomer, was so wonderful with my baby girl. He was able to complete the entire groom. When I picked her up, he gave me a detailed account of how her appointment went. He really set my anxious mind at ease. I think he could tell that I was concerned. He took his time with her. He gave her treats (provided by myself) and even got her to purr! I referred my Uncle and daughter to bring their fur babies here. The video is of my Trixie after her groom.”

“First time here to buy alfalfa for the farm animals.
All of the employees are so helpful and nice they did a good job of loading and tying down the alfalfa in our truck. The prices are cheaper and the quality of the alfalfa is very good.”
“This is the first time that I was there. I have visited other pet stores, but this one was more friendlier,, a father and son team, worked there. Prices, were reasonable, very clean and that's kind of like what you look for in a pet store that is not smelly. This one was very nice. And my daughter funny, was able to walk in the chickens, coop and pick her own chickens, I guess because there was not a lot of people and she's older. Not recommended for younger ones, because they might get scared, but one of the people that worked. There was there, like supervising her which was okay with me. I was very happy with this experience. You could say it was therapeutic for my child.
I will definitely go back and purchase either. Feed or more life animals. Oh, I did not walk out of there empty handed my self. I bought two small plants :)”
“I have been here 8 times and I had a different experience each time. Their pet supplies and treats are a lot cheaper than most other places and it is definitely my favorite place to shop for cute dog and cat accessories, toys and treats.
They also have a cute little cat cafe where you can go in to see adoptable cats for 5 dollar donation or a drink. I don’t think there is a time limit but it can get pretty busy. Most of the cats are sweet, but some are overwhelmed and might scratch. The staff is great at making sure they take breaks and don’t get too overstimulated.
Also, there is a wavier that you need to sign before you go in!!”
“Eric, the owner, truly has a passion for fish that’s hard to find anywhere else. You don’t stay in business for over 30 years without incredible knowledge, care, and dedication—and it shows in every aspect of Rosemead Aquarium.
Every fish I’ve seen here is healthy, vibrant, and clearly well cared for, giving me total confidence they won’t introduce any issues to my existing tanks.
Highly recommend this shop to anyone serious about their aquarium!”

“This place is great. We stopped by because it was the only feed store on our way home. The service prodvided my the kind man was exceptional, he was very knowledgeable about the birds and ducks they had. We went there to buy some starter chick feed and came back with a khaki campbell duck that my wife adored. Great mom and pop shop.”
“Stopped here for the first time with my husband and son and they were very knowledgeable and kind. Brandon and his dad are awesome! My son who is on the spectrum was getting pretty excited looking around at all of the different animals and they took out a couple of reptiles for my son to look at up close and even let him pet them. If you're looking to bring home a reptile, spider etc. this is the place to support. Family owned, knowledgeable and kind hearted people.”

“Most reasonably priced groomer in the area. Staff is super nice, caring, and loving; always professional and courteous. Our dog Leo comes out of there looking like a new man every time. The services they offer and the quality of job they do is equal if not better than the more “fancy” (expensive) places around… Been going to DoggieStyles a long time— and our dog never fights or seems upset to be there; genuinely think that he likes it. And when he comes out our whole family notices the difference. We’ll definitely be taking our new dog there once she is ready. For reference Leo is a pug and our new dog is a GoldenDoodle.”
“You can't beat the $7 dog self-wash special they have about once a month. Shampoo, brush, ear cleaning supplies, towels, and high speed dryer all included. They cleanup. They are generous with more towels and shampoo, and have BIG tubs (my dog is 95 pounds). They announce these the day of by email so u have to be signed up for emails to be notified. Walter is esp helpful :)”

“I love the fact that Petsmart hosts pet adoption events so often. Last Saturday I went, there were two nonprofits with cute dogs and cats for adoption. I have two cats which were rescues. There are so many dogs and cats that need good homes. Please adopt from places like this rather than buying fancy pedigreed animals.”

“Although Breeders Choice is a manufacturing facility and not open to the public, it is one of the highest quality and highest grade manufacturers of canine and feline food babe, I service as an industrial contractor. Very high quality ingredients and extremely clean and sanitary manufacturing environment. I've been in human food facilities that are far below what Breeders Choice sanitary and cleanliness are. They maintain those standards and conditions around the clock. They do co-packing for custom formulas that are distributed worldwide. Surprises me that I see shipments leaving for Australia or Japan when I'm there. By the way, they don't have a storage warehouse. Everything they produce goes straight out to the retail locations. They don't stock pile old stale product with crazy date codes going out three years. Can't say enough about the them and I don't even own a pet! Imagine that.”
