“I went through a lot of trouble with finding housing in Isla Vista especially at ICON apartments, which was my previous lease for the year. I had to find something else fast and Eric and the rest of the breakpointe staff helped us out a lot. The place has lots of kitchen counter space, fully furnished, comes with a tv, and the rooms are very spacious. Along with the living space, there are great lots of amenities like a pool, grill, fitness center, and turf area.”
“I moved into One Mosaic in July with friends from school. We all love living here, it is so close to school, and all the stores are less than a 10min drive away. The apartments are better than anything else you can find in IV, they are clean, simple, and spacious. One of my favorite features of the apartment is that not only do you get your own sink, but the bathroom sinks are actually outside the bathroom so I can still get ready and brush my teeth even if my roommate is in there, which can be a lifesaver if I am late for class. Highly recommend living here if you are a UCSB student and want to live close to campus in a quiet and clean structure.”

“Wow! Not only a beautiful establishment but an amazing staff! I needed to reschedule a tour super last minute and not only were they helpful, but also super understanding! They ensured quality service and information while on the tour and answered every question I had. Seriously awesome people working here.”
“I lived here for about two years, and this is arguably the most affordable place to live in SB. If you wanna live alone, park your car safely in a gated community, bike to school, and live in a quiet place (and party anywhere but your place), then you won't find a better place than this. This unit is small but has everything - a kitchen with a fridge and a microwave, a closet, and a separated bedroom. I don't know what these people with negative comments did to make Felipe upset, but the management team always responded within 24 hours, kept the community quiet and clean, and informed us of any upcoming renovation in a timely manner. But all of these benefits are possible because Felipe runs a tight ship. I don't recommend living here if you sometimes wanna invite friends and go a little wild, or if you wanna do everything your way and hope he doesn't notice.The waitlist is long. Don't just apply and wait until he responds. It won't happen. Visit this place and say hi to Felipe. Plan moving to this place early, preferrably 6-12 months ahead of your move-out. Don't wait until you have to move out in a month. Definitely a plus (i.e. a must) if you know a tenant who can refer you to Felipe.”

“The Loop has the best OCEAN views. Once you walk out of the elevator you are Hit with the best view in IV and the sunsets are the best with the fire pit on chilly night.”
