“So this post office usually very busy and low staffed, and the mail through out 91941 is all messed up. But outside of those specific issue my last visit was very pleasant, compared to many others. the only reason I’m giving a good review is because of the teller, teller 12 her name is Joanne, she gets five stars! She was so sweet and kind and very helpful. The lady who was helping me before just couldn’t figure out how to help situation and Joanne was quick to help-me and correct my address complications. I give her 10/10 for service and patience. Ps this place is VERY busy between the hours of 3-6.”

“I have been here multiple times and it's my preferred post office in the area. Sometimes there is a wait especially at the end of the day as they typically only have 1 or 2 people at the counter. But I have always had good customer service.”
“I sell collectable cards and love going to this location. The staff is always accommodating and nice, and i've never had any difficulty receiving or sending packages. Note; these are expensive items too, always in the $500+ range for a couple cards.Sad to see the care the post office gives be scrutinized by the rare few with strong negative opinions.”
“I drop packages between the Alpine post office and one in El Cajon. The Alpine Post Office is nice and the clerks are very fast and patient. I have shown up with 14 packages for them to scan and never once encountered anything but patience and helpfulness.”

Despite the fact that the environment is complicated for delivery, since even coyotes often don't reach the remote places where many live????.
