“I had a pleasant experience at this shop, from two different USPS employee's. Both ladies made sure my mail/packages, were going too the right destination.

They also made sure I had everything, I needed concerning postal needs/equipment. I appreciate their sincerity, concerning me as a client.

From my understanding, all the parcels I sent out arrived too their exact locations! Thank you for all you do for us, and I understand your job is busy.

This shop is a busy shop, usually when I've arrived—their square is 70%-80% parking lot filled!”

“My experience today at the passport office was beyond great. First I arrived 15 minutes late to my son's passport appointment. When I asked if I will be able to be seen, the first lady stated I am passed my appointment time which I understood. I then proceeded to ask if they have walk ins and the times they do them which the first lady began explaining when Katiuska I believe is her name asked how late I was and I said 15 minutes she then said I can help you, you just have to wait. I was beyond ecstatic as my son is needing this for his trip coming up. Not only did you help us without needing too as we were late and therefore lost our appointment but you did so in such a manner that shows you love your job and serving your community. Thank you for assisting me and going above and beyond your duties and responsibilities.”
