Customers have had mixed experiences at the 6519 Bisby Lake Ave location. Some have praised the helpful and friendly staff, particularly the "passport lady" who provided proactive advice. Others have reported poor customer service, with rude and impatient employees. However, many customers have also had smooth and positive experiences, with available parking, quick service, and helpful staff assisting with package selection. Overall, the USPS is a vital service that is often underappreciated. Without the USPS, the public would be at the mercy of private sector companies, potentially facing higher costs and less reliable service. The dedicated postal workers who serve communities across the country deserve recognition and gratitude for their hard work.
