This place is no different than a regular fedex/ups store for dropping off prepaid packages, most places do not scan in your drop off packages but this place did and gave me a receipt which is great since I don't have to worry about when my package will be scanned in once the courier actually comes for pickup and I have proof I did drop them off.”

“I was in a rush to get last minute documents printed. I called the office in Santee store 2060 in advance and Edwin assured him or Paul will be available to assist me with the self print service. As soon as I walked in I was greeted with a friendly hello from the the staff as well as walked through steps to complete the self printing. In less than 5 minutes I was done and ready to go. I appreciate the hellos and have a nice day, but also very pleased to see the store very clean, and we'll ran like an oiled machine.
