“I had an exceptional experience working with Avery at Staples in Rancho San Diego. Over the course of a few weeks, I called the store several times to ask questions about printing specifications for a set of professional booklets I was preparing for an important presentation. Avery was always incredibly helpful, patient, and knowledgeable as she guided me through things like formatting documents from Canva so they would print correctly.
Because of an unexpected situation, I had to delay my printing and ended up working on a very tight deadline. Avery stepped in and truly went above and beyond to help me get everything completed on time. She treated the project as if it were her own and made sure the final product looked professional and was ready when I needed it.
Her customer service skills are outstanding. She is kind, respectful, accommodating, and incredibly knowledgeable. Experiences like this are rare, and I’m so grateful for the care she showed throughout the process. I will absolutely continue going to this Staples location because of Avery. She is wonderful to work with, and Staples is very lucky to have her! Thank you so much!!”

“There was this very nice young lady working at this store. I didn’t get her name, because I was so tired from my walk there , yesterday. But this young lady, even though she was very busy she went out of her way to help me out with my printing. I was able to get my things done and she even offered me some water and told me to have a seat. So I could cool off. I really appreciated her kindness and am so sorry that I didn’t get her name! Thank you for having such lovely people working in your store! I really enjoyed and appreciated her kindness! Very nice store to get my errands done here. The prices are so good!”
“Clean place, fairly large and multiple registers. This place is no different than a regular fedex/ups store for dropping off prepaid packages, most places do not scan in your drop off packages but this place did and gave me a receipt which is great since I don't have to worry about when my package will be scanned in once the courier actually comes for pickup and I have proof I did drop them off.”
