“I dropped off a return package from an online retailer and they claimed they never received the package. I called this PostalAnnex location where I dropped the package off and they were so helpful and helped track the package for me. Great service! I definitely recommend this location because their customer service is great!”

But who knows maybe she was having a bad day, because it sure did look like it. Other than that the experience was superb, and the other associates treated me with kindness and smiles.”

“I'm giving the 5 Star review to David. He was running the store by himself on a Wednesday afternoon. I don't know what the circumstances were for that situation to occur. But David handled, multiple customers, copies, mailing, complicated items for customers, receiving drop offs from Amazon and greeting new customers and ensuring them he would help shortly in a matter of minutes. David is the 5 Star. I hope working alone is not the norm as that would be too much for anyone after a while. Thank you David, you deserve the best.”
