“I'm giving the 5 Star review to David. He was running the store by himself on a Wednesday afternoon. I don't know what the circumstances were for that situation to occur. But David handled, multiple customers, copies, mailing, complicated items for customers, receiving drop offs from Amazon and greeting new customers and ensuring them he would help shortly in a matter of minutes. David is the 5 Star. I hope working alone is not the norm as that would be too much for anyone after a while. Thank you David, you deserve the best.”

There was s sweet lady on the very back of the store, around 60yrs old that treated me super nice, even though I knew I was invading her space she didn't get upset and gave me all the help I needed. “So, this place is within the Walgreens pharmacy in the far left corner of the store. I went in to drop off a pre-labeled package and they took it, no problem. The lady before me was not prepared to just drop off her package and ended up walking away with her package and a blank form to fill out. In other words, their services are somewhat limited. If you're going there, I would call ahead and make sure they can do what you want done.”

I walked into The UPS Store thinking I was just making a quick Amazon return. Then Rennato saw me standing there with a mountain of stuff I needed to ship to Japan through an FPO/AP address.
Immediately: “I got you.”
From there, Rennato helped me figure out the right box, organize everything, count and document every individual item, and get the entire shipment processed correctly. Toys, candy, books, socks—you name it. There was a LOT to go through.
What could’ve been a complete headache turned into one of the best customer-service experiences I’ve had.
And this dude is FAST. ? I literally asked him, “Bro, how do you type that fast?” His answer: video games. From there we’re talking games, computers, life, everything—while Rennato is STILL flying through the paperwork and getting the job done.
That’s what impressed me most. Rennato can actually connect with a customer while continuing to work efficiently. He’s personable, knowledgeable, hardworking, and genuinely made me feel like he cared about getting my shipment to Japan done correctly.
His coworker helping us deserves recognition too. I unfortunately didn’t catch her name, but they worked extremely well together.
Management: pay attention to Rennato.
Employees like this are the reason customers come back. I’m serious when I say this young man has leadership potential. Give him opportunities. Develop him. And yes—give this man a raise.
Rennato, thank you, brother. What started as an Amazon return turned into a genuinely memorable experience.

“My experience today at the passport office was beyond great. First I arrived 15 minutes late to my son's passport appointment. When I asked if I will be able to be seen, the first lady stated I am passed my appointment time which I understood. I then proceeded to ask if they have walk ins and the times they do them which the first lady began explaining when Katiuska I believe is her name asked how late I was and I said 15 minutes she then said I can help you, you just have to wait. I was beyond ecstatic as my son is needing this for his trip coming up. Not only did you help us without needing too as we were late and therefore lost our appointment but you did so in such a manner that shows you love your job and serving your community. Thank you for assisting me and going above and beyond your duties and responsibilities.”
