“This is 10/10 packaging, and obviously the work of someone who knows what's inside this chassis. Absolutely amazing UPS reps. Would absolutely trust them to ship my stuff again. No damage found anywhere and everything arrived 100% safely.”

“The service is unparalleled, the conscientious attention with a smile always, both on the phone or in person. Without asking when it’s possible my big parcels have been taken to my vehicle for me, Dani goes the extra mile. I couldn’t be happier!”

“Excellent service. Knowledgeable staff. They go the extra mile to help you with services they offer. Packaging, mailing, faxing, fingerprinting, shipping material and more. So, the postal place was so nice and caring with others , i just had to give them my business even though it cost a lot to make my box. $ they said $40, i gave them a $50 and said keep the change. I'll go to them from now on.”

“There is a drop box here. It's on the 2nd floor, hiding around the corner by the bathrooms. It had a little sign that said if they had or had not picked up that day. I thought that was pretty cool. I believe there were supplies on top. A UPS one was right next to it.”

“Karen was very helpful when I posted my parcels. Being non US cutizen, I had labelled parcels differently to what was required. She politely told me how to do it, provided a felt pen for me and processed my parcels as I fixed them. Great service, thanks Karen!”

“5 stars for Ricardo and his awesome customer service. Ricardo was polite, professional, and went out of his way to get my package delivered after I had a very frustrating “missed delivery” process days prior. It is a bummer that the open hours are so short, but maybe they wouldn’t have to be open for such short of times if more people like Ricardo worked there! Hah!”
