We ended up spending 3 hours with her and our sales person Marie to view furniture, see it in the graphic display on the computer and make a purchase . She was also able to integrate carpets ( from another vendor) into the display. We never felt a time pressure or pressure to buy. It was a productive and stressfree experience.”

Not only did they respond, but did so in an extremely quick time frame, even on weekends and after business hours- but also worked to resolve the issue I was having. I was able to get the new parts I needed, even though the faucet wasn't ordered through them. I had a very good experience with them!”

“Worked with Kianna and had the best experience! No pressure, just support (kind of like my new mattress;)). We ordered our bed on a Wednesday and it was expected to take 1-2 weeks, we received it on Friday (just 2 days!!).

“HomeGoods has a lot to offer. This is a store for you to visit when you have plenty of time to look. You can really find some gems. You should check each section of the store. Sometimes, items are placed in a different section. You may have a wait in line depending on how busy they are. But if they are very busy, they will call additional cashiers, and they try to have the line flow quicker. I would even suggest checking out their food items, such as candies, spices, and other unique items”

“I will say from the beginning I was truly worried about ordering a sofa off of the internet without seeing it in person or sitting on it, but I was wrong. I was helped by Rosa and she was wonderful, easy to deal with and helped my customize the sofa to fit what I wanted in the color that I, mainly my wife wanted. The sofa arrived at the tail end of the time frame that I was quoted and oh my was it packed well. The sofa came on three pallets and it took me about two plus hours to carefully unwrap the plastic and cardboard that was protecting it. Once unpacked I had to install the legs of the sofa which was extremely easy and proceeded to carefully move it into our house, and we love it. We love the color, the love the shape and we would order from them again no questions asked. And a special thank you to Rosa for guiding us thru the purchase and delivery.”
