“I worked with Jonah on my purchase and he not only helped with a discount (call them and ask, don't just buy first), he made sure I was able to get my rotor replaced at their cost. The shipper damaged the transport box and in turn, completely bent the front wheel disc rotor. Would recommend them to others looking for good customer service and fair to great prices on their gear!”

She was very friendly and super helpful going above and beyond to find some items for me, she was super nice and a great asset to the store. Same goes for a young gentlemen whom I did not get his name. He had thick black hair, I believe I was curly as well. He offered me a bag for my items and at the time I didn't think I needed it, however he saw me again and offered once again. I needed it the second time haha. Great choice of employees very professional.”
“Whoever was working the front desk today was super nice. I purchased some used callaway irons and I'm excited to try them out. Got them at about half off the new purchase price. The only criticism I have was I wasn't aware of any sales associates on the floor. Maybe I came in the middle of a shift change, but luckily the cashier was able to help me with my purchase! “I was given a late Christmas gift of pajamas... they were so kind they bought me a large...I am actually a curvy 190lbs and don't like sleeping like I am in my yoga clothes...so...I had to return them. I was absolutely looking for the pajamas, however they must have been popular because there were none of any size. They were having a 30% off lowest clearance price. I traded the pajamas for real suede sheepskin lined slippers for only $10 extra...I really won., because I am a slipper girlie in the house year round and sometimes outside in the winter... because even in Southern California my feet get really really cold...

“We purchased two 12x6 steel soccer goals a year ago, and they've held up very well. We took the goals down for the winter, but otherwise they stay outside 24/7. A few days ago, we had a 150 lb. deer run through a net, drag the goal 50' across our yard, slammed the goal against and across a steel trailer and then into a tree. The net was destroyed, but the goal survived with very little damage. I'm genuinely surprised at how sturdy these goals are.”

I told Jenna that I had placed an order to try before we buy. She let me know that this store doesn't participate in that, then asked what shoes we were looking for. “Fantastic service! I had a dead rail on my pool table so I had all the rails replaced along with brand new felt. The guys were very professional. Pricey? Maybe, but once you see what they have to go through to replace the rails and felt it's totally worth it (especially on a coin-op table!)”

“I was looking for a specific pair of shoes for my nephew. The location I was in called this location in Jurupa Valley. They said they did have the pair and held the shoes for me. When I arrived they brought me the shoes to pay, when I checked the shoes they were a different color, the worker(I forgot her name) explained how the other store gave her a certain SKU#, she was very professional and helpful. I called my nephew to see if he was ok with the color they had, he said yes he wanted them. Definitely recommend this location, they went above & beyond.”
