“This is the largest Big 5 I have been to and it's nice with lots of stock.
The only thing all the Big 5 stores could do better is offering assistance to the customers. Sure, they'll greet you when you come in, but you may have to chase someone down for assistance.”

I just got off the phone with Nadir to see if their organization needed any additional support with staffing. They are focusing on their internal workforce, and are okay at the moment. “Pretty easy to find as a truck driver. There are plenty of signs directing you to the exact address & suite you're looking for. Not a whole lot of space to use but enough for a 53 foot trailer. At mikusa apparently they're not allowed to load the trailer so they drop the pallets in the tip of your trailer and you have to use one of their pallet jacks to load it yourself. Other than that, pretty smooth transaction. In & out in no time!”

“Had a really great experience at Foot Locker in Brea Mall and honestly it stood out compared to a lot of other retail stores I’ve been to lately.
First thing you notice when walking in is how clean and organized the store is. Everything is laid out nicely, making it easy to browse without feeling overwhelmed. The selection is solid too — a good mix of the latest releases, classic sneakers, and athletic apparel. Whether you’re looking for something trendy or just a reliable everyday pair, they’ve got options.
What really made the difference for me, though, was the staff. Super friendly from the moment I walked in, and more importantly, genuinely helpful. They didn’t hover or push for a sale, but when I had questions, they were knowledgeable and honest with their recommendations. They helped me find the right size quickly and even gave input on comfort and fit, which I appreciated.
The overall vibe in the store is great — energetic but not chaotic, and you can tell the team works well together. Checkout was smooth and quick, no long wait or confusion.
In a time where good customer service is becoming rare, this location really delivers. It’s the kind of place that makes you want to come back, not just for the products but for the experience.

“Last outlet of its kind. Been going here for 20 years, since 2005. They had many selections of Jordan's, Nike and Adidas clothing and shoes. Sad they are done. Hope Champs decide to open another outlet location soon.”
