The Earl Farnsworth home office team members, Drew and Jose, were a pleasure to work with and Bryan and his crew did a great job packing and loading in CA. Bryan FaceTimed with me and we confirmed together every item that was to be packed and moved.”
“This place lives up to its name. My own experience, alongside many that I see here online...is that people ABSOLUTELY LOVE this place...and IMO, for VERY good reason.
There is so much I could say in the so many ways that this place and it's staff made me so very comfortable "going with them"...from start to finish. Moves are stressful. And this team made it SO EASY (e.g. stress reduction immediately, from the first call to A Friendly Storage Place).
If you are lucky enough to come across this gem of a business during your time of need for their services...support them! Go with these guys. (But know this...they go above and beyond, to support you better.)”

“The House storage plus staff were super helpful with assisting me on trying to find a unit last minute. I was desperately driving around my U-Haul full of things trying to find a unit for, and, they not only saved me even when they were about to close for the evening, they gave me a discounted promotion rate for the unit I rented as well! Also love the way you use an app to get in and out of the facility/building.

“Initial storage unit rented had a sloped roof making the storage space much smaller than expected. This was NOT disclosed to me when I signed up over the phone. Onsite manager Evelyn moved me to another storage unit with no sloped roof. They should be disclosing this at the time of purchase online.”

I was very disappointed with the way this storage facility operates: no light in the unit, rate increases and lacking maintenance of critical infrastructure (elevator). However, the customer service provided by Bobby of above and beyond. She deserves a lot of credit, as well as a pay raise (DO YOU HEAR ME PIBLIC STORAGE?! Pay this woman her worth!!!!), for her patience, communication and efforts with customers. I really appreciate her honesty and follow through with what she says in actions. “MM&S packed up our 1700 sqft house into a 26' truck in just one day. And they moved us to our new home 40 miles away the next. Not one thing was broken or scratched. Absolutely an amazing service. Two excellent crews, excellent customer service, and fast. Removing the empty boxes and paper after the move was hard, but we hired someone to take it all away. The bottom line is that we would have spent more money and time if we did it ourselves.”
