“I just returned from OK Tire. I woke this morning to find my tire pressure was low on all four tires. It is pouring rain. II arrived, and Sean took care of the situation immediately. All I needed was some air in the tires, and he did not spare a single moment. What a class act. Hard to find that kind of professional couirtesy and attention. “Visiting Sonoma “Friday the 13th” to meet friends for lunch. I returned to my car around 3 PM and I discovered some “bad luck”, an almost flat tire. People in the area recommended DeWitt's Tire & Brake. Got there and Joe said he could get the flat repaired quickly even though they looked very busy. I was out of there in about 30 minutes! Joe and the rest of the folks there are very friendly and did a great job. Old school customer service and high quality work. Highly recommended! 5+ Stars!”

“Great repair shop that is highly professional, honest, and capable. They got my engine running again when it was dead and none of the cylinders had any compression. Rebuilt the engine without having to replace it and everything is running like new again. They handled a big job that other shops wouldn’t be willing to take on and the work was completed within the promised timeframe.
Miguel was very helpful and easy to communicate with. I appreciate the time he took to explain things and answer questions. I never thought I would drive this car again, but thanks to Metric Motors my soul car has been saved. I wouldn’t hesitate to come back here and I recommend Metric Motors if you have a major repair that needs to get done on your vehicle, or to anyone who just wants the best for their car. “I have lived around 3 years in this area and this is my mechanic of choice. They don't try to upsell you, just do what you ask and they also do a car diagnosis and try to educate you about the status of your car without pushing you to sell. They are really kind hearted and care about the little guy. One time I had a small accident when someone cut me off in traffic and had a broken headlight and some small dents in front of the car, I went to all body shops in the valley of Napa and StHelena and everyone was not willing to do a partial bodyshop job, everyone wanted me to do a whole body shop job, replace the bonnet which will cost me thousands of dollars, even with insurance. Then these guys understood me that I did not had a big budget and just needed my car to be functional and did a partial job which cost me less than $300. Really was a god send, always come here except for tires since they don't have that service.”
“I’ve never been so happy to give a business my money before. Anton’s was the easiest experience I have ever had getting my car serviced. It is hard finding good VW mechanic shops around Sonoma. I was recommended to them by another European shop that I had previously worked with but was not taking VW’s. Their staff was friendly and quick in response. It was easy to get my car in, and they had my car done fast in less than two days. They were honest about what needed to be done and not done, and were able to educate me on my car’s features. Their pricing was extremely fair, and they explained all pricing in detail before performing the services. I will be taking my car back to Anton’s for all of my maintenance moving forward.”
“We are so happy with the job Fulton Body Shop did on our Honda CRV, it looks like new. I know many body shops could have done the work but I feel the great folks here went beyond expectations. Not only did they return our vehicle in better physical shape with the body work but cleaner inside too. More than that, they worked with us on timing of repairs and handled it while we were out of town so we didn't have to be without our favorite vehicle. Every time we call with questions or scheduling; and even rescheduling, they have accommodated our requests. They were flexible, even with almost last minute changes all the while being friendly yet professional. We've had other family members bring their cars here to Fulton for their body work and been equally pleased with everything. If needed, we will be back.”

“Julio was totally awesome. We brought a 1946 cj2a in for a prepurchase inspection. We were able to be fit in on 24h notice, the inspection was very thorough and the fact that this shop has worked on several jeeps before shows. We have a bunch of work to get done, and Julio was great at breaking it up in terms of priority and offering a fair price. We ended up doing an inspection, oil change, and coolant flush immediately and will do the brakes soon.”

We have a Class A Tiffin 45 OPP and are staying in the Petaluma area to be here for our daughter after receiving some horrific news on losing our Son-in-law to a motorcycle accident. “If you need your car smogged and you live near Glen Ellen go to J+W. Call him first. He will tell you when you can come in and if it passes the smog test he will be very happy. If it doesn't pass he will figure out why and then fix it. He won't be happy about it but he fixed an issue in my old 2006 Saturn jalopy that no other mechanic was able to diagnose. And it passed. Be prepared for him to be annoyed with you if it doesn't pass and don't call him to ask when the car will be ready. As a NYer, none of this bothered me.”
“Came into town for the weekend. Suddenly our car shifter became loose and the car would not change gears, around 4pm on a Friday. Called around this was the only place that would be open later and willing to help us put quickly.
Enrique sent David and his brother to diagnose the issue and got us to the shop. Less than 24 hour turn around time and reasonably priced for replacing a gear shift bushing. Thank you so much to all of them!!”
“Replaced the battery in my 2017 Jetta and had an airbag light on the dash that wouldn't go away after the battery swap. I hooked up my OBDII reader and cleared all codes but the light didn't go away. Called Hansel VW and they wanted $100 (down from $265 because it was easy and quick for the 2017).
Called Hammond and they said to bring it in and they would clear the code, NO CHARGE! They did exactly that! It took them a couple of minutes to clear the code and I was on my way. They saved me $100 straight up! I highly recommend them. I'm a lifetime customer of theirs now!”
