“Steve's mechanics are honest and hardworking. My first time ever in their shop, one of the guys described the work that needing doing on an older vehicle but said my dealership would likely do it for free. Actions like that cost them upfront but won my loyalty as a customer, because it was clear Steve's Smog and Auto put me first. Scheduling was usually an easy phonecall, and when my one of my cars had a trickier problem they worked with me to solve it while keeping my costs low. I'd recommend Steve's to anyone in Sonoma, for sure!”

“Julio was totally awesome. We brought a 1946 cj2a in for a prepurchase inspection. We were able to be fit in on 24h notice, the inspection was very thorough and the fact that this shop has worked on several jeeps before shows. We have a bunch of work to get done, and Julio was great at breaking it up in terms of priority and offering a fair price. We ended up doing an inspection, oil change, and coolant flush immediately and will do the brakes soon.”

“Clearview Windshield repair and replacement is a professional business. They have repaired chips in my windshields in the past and this time we needed an entire windshield replacement. I was easily able to get an appointment, go through my insurance company and they performed the job at my home. The company is friendly and efficient while being thorough. “Big SHOUT OUT to the shop and Enrique! He helped me with repairing flat tire and ordering a new one all in one day, (worked late on the weekend) and even delivered my car back to me. It cost a little more than it might at another shop, but no other shop was available to help me this quickly so I was very impressed and grateful! Definitely recommend them to anyone in a pinch.”

“Jeff and his team went above and beyond to help us with a last minute alignment and tune the day before race day. They know their stuff when it comes to race prepped vehicles and dealing with custom jobs. (Welded in subframe eccentrics.) When we found we had low fuel pressure they helped us diagnose the issue and gave us a plan of action to be ready to race the next day, and called everyone they knew to find us parts. Highly recommend this shop.”
“Took an older truck here for smog check. They had just finished with another vehicle so got me right in, tested the vehicle, and finished up in about 30 minutes. And the technicians were great, they really understood an older carbureted engine. Simple, quick and easy. I'll definitely come here again when my next smog check is due.”

I can't imagine a cooler location for an Independent Audi shop than the raceway, but If you you need to catch an Uber home after dropping off your car, just make sure your driver doesn't accidentally drive onto the track like mine did.Whoops. “I have owed this business a positive review for a while now! Recently moving to town, I was looking for a reputable shop to replace a clutch in my car. After stopping into a few local shops, Pacific Rim was not only the most friendly, but they were the most fair priced as well. My first stop refused to do the work flat out, and sent me to a location down the street, who quoted was what truly an absurd amount.I had started to lose hope when I stopped by Pacific Rim for a quote. Friendly, courteous, and kind, they listened to my specific requests, and said they would call back with a quote. A few days later, they gave me a buzz, and we scheduled my service.My car was done sooner than expected, and has been running great ever since. Having stopped in for the clutch repair, the technician must have also given the car a once over, as the brakes are also performing better - I think a vacuum hose may have come off at some point.Excellent business, fair prices for honest work, and friendly staff make Pacific Rim an excellent business for you to support!Services: Transmission”
