“Circling around the Plaza, I got lucky as someone was pulling out in front of the Candlestick. Taking it as a sign, my wife and I walked in to look around. I like to look at her expression as we enter this store. The store is set up for Christmas and my wife had a look of wonder that comes to a child's face on Christmas morning. She was fixated on a tree ornament of a ballerina that she decided she wanted to take home. The store is not just about candles, but has several gift ideas.”
“Fantastic company with amazing merchandise. We purchased a bunch of Stepping Stones rugs by Nanimarqina that Stardust Modern Design carries, and we couldn’t be happier! Not only are the rugs gorgeous, but the owner, Miki, drove down from Sonoma to San Francisco to deliver them herself! She even took the time to purchase extra non-slip mats for underneath the rugs and wouldn’t accept payment for them.
Miki was a delight to work with and followed up on all our questions about the rugs, and she also made sure to give us the most current information about shipping and dates we’d receive them. Pricing was great and extremely fair for the high quality of the rugs — they’re fair trade and guaranteed not to utilize child labor. They are stunning and different and just perfect for our home — we are excited to work with Stardust again in the future for other special pieces. “I was looking for a recliner which had to fit into a designated space in my home. Friends advised me to visit Sonoma Furniture. When I walked into the store I was pleasantly surprised by the variety and quality of the furniture displayed there. Liz and Kirk helped me to choose a recliner and also guided me with their knowledge and patience to choose a different fabric. Their customer service is superb. Kirk and Steve came to deliver and set up the recliner, and I am very happy with my purchase. “I had been wanting to stop by Wine Country Decor for awhile now and finally did the other day. I was so pleasantly surprised, even excited about the beautiful, functional and up to the minute styles of their sofas, lamps, interesting art work, etc. Highly recommend stopping in. “This store has a strong amount of fragrance that will linger in your clothes and belongings for weeks. It makes it hard to sit at the cafe half a block away when the wind is blowing from that direction. Most of the furniture they offer can be ordered but is not on the floor. More of an interior design service.”
