“Jack truly went above and beyond to help us with a damaged Bermex chair we purchased from a store in San Diego. Even though he didn’t make a sale from us, he still took the time to provide a solution and followed up six months later to make sure everything worked out and it did. That level of care and commitment is rare. He is the definition of excellent customer service, and we wouldn’t hesitate to purchase from him in the future. Highly recommend him and his store!”

“Sidecar Mercantile is such a gem in downtown Petaluma! The shop is beautifully curated with unique home goods, gifts, and accessories you won't find anywhere else. I especially love that they feature handmade artwork and products from women-owned businesses, making it easy to support talented independent makers. The owner is welcoming and helpful, and it's always a fun place to browse for something special. Highly recommend stopping in if you're looking for a thoughtful gift or a little inspiration for your home.”
