“This place had everything we needed and is very close to the campground which makes it extremely convenient, prices are fair they have all the gear and cooking supply you might need. There is also a deli there.”
“Great little store and family ran. Has alot of cool things including history of our little town ? you definitely should stop and check it out if your driving through the area. Even has a nice big shade tree to relax under have a beer or even a snack. Talk to some of the locals and ask about some stuff to do around there. Also right on 178 by the store there is the Kern river preserve you can go walk the path and enjoy some amazing sights.”
“This place has the best pizza in this entire area. Little pricey tho. 17.99 for a 1 topping large. I love the crispy pepperoni and the fact that the sauce taste like sauce! They also have all sorts of other food.”

Only drawback is if you find something you like, Buy Lots, as they may not be there again and watch the expiration dates. I shop there quite often and will continue. Love It!”
“I recently purchased a second home in the area and stopped in for some household cleaners and drinks. The staff is amazing, especially Thomas. He has gone above and beyond to assist me in finding what I need and answering my questions. His level of service is outstanding, one day helping me research a sugar substitute for my diabetic father-in-law. I work in Human Resources and have worked the retail industry. Thomas is special. You dont get this level of service everywhere and he and the store deserves credit. Also, good finds at affordable prices. This is not a dollar store, for those of us new to the area. Its a good priced store for many needed items.”
