“We stopped in last night with the race team and the person behind the counter was so amazing. Very friendly. They were playing 90s pop music which was upbeat (even though I prefer rock bands like Tool). They were open at 10 o’clock at night. They Had tasty corn dogs, ready to go! We just wanted a quick bite of something to eat, and they were ready for us. The counter person helped one of our younger racers with food and a drink. Thank you! Sometimes the nice gestures in life go a long way. Just simply being here and present now is a gift into itself.”

“We stopped by around 9:30 p.m. during peak holiday travel, and I have to commend the staff for working hard to restock shelves and keep up with the demand. However, it would be great if the women’s restrooms were more spacious, included a changing table, and were kept cleaner—they felt reminiscent of a portable potty at concert that’s been trashed. One major highlight was the ramen selection and the new frozen smoothie/milkshake mixer. I’d definitely return just for that!”

The Iowa retailer, the third-largest convenience store operator in the country, built its new three-year plan around three priorities: store growth, food and beverage expansion, and kitchen technology upgrades.
