“It's 1 mile down the road! Def cheaper fuel than immediate off-frwy spots. Pretty cool truck-stop vibe store. Closing time is flex- "eh, 10.. 10:30..."”

“Decent place to get gas at the Kettleman City exit. Surprisingly expensive, I didn't check everywhere else around here, but at $5.70/gal Regular 87 octane (March 2024), it was over $1 more than I paid on the coast a day later.”
“tasty lunch off the i5. gas about $1 less/gal. at sinclair vs gas stations by the freeway. go into the market for a nice selection. we enjoyed the birria burrito & lengua tacos.”

“We stopped by around 9:30 p.m. during peak holiday travel, and I have to commend the staff for working hard to restock shelves and keep up with the demand. However, it would be great if the women’s restrooms were more spacious, included a changing table, and were kept cleaner—they felt reminiscent of a portable potty at concert that’s been trashed.
One major highlight was the ramen selection and the new frozen smoothie/milkshake mixer. I’d definitely return just for that!”

“I stopped here not because I frequent Chevron but because I had zero gas and at the price is currently at the pump I only wanted 2 gallons. I don’t frequent the higher priced stations since I happen to be a Costco member but this day I was on the other side of town so there you go”

“We always stop here for gas half way down to LA and on the way back. The store is always clean and the restrooms have always been clean when we go inside. The staff is always friendly and helpful also”
“We stopped in last night with the race team and the person behind the counter was so amazing. Very friendly. They were playing 90s pop music which was upbeat (even though I prefer rock bands like Tool). They were open at 10 o’clock at night. They Had tasty corn dogs, ready to go! We just wanted a quick bite of something to eat, and they were ready for us. The counter person helped one of our younger racers with food and a drink. Thank you! Sometimes the nice gestures in life go a long way. Just simply being here and present now is a gift into itself.”
