“I made an appointment for 10:30AM. Pulled in right on time, and they got me in right after check-in. Replaced the oil pressure sensor I brought in in just under an hour. The waiting area was cool, and the young lady working the desk was friendly and knowledgeable. The price I paid for labor was similar to the mobile mechanic service I have gone to in the past - so extremely reasonable. Car is doing it's thing, but so far so good with the oil sensor. You have earned a new customer for future repairs I will definitely need.”

“My name is Patricia. I have a 550 BMW as you know this is a very expensive car. I took it to an import shop to get repaired on ninth Street. It’s at there for 3+ days. They didn’t even look at it. I told my girlfriend about it, she referred me to the shop. She says they take all their vehicles there. They were amazing within two days. My car was totally repaired. I was scared to get the total price of the car. It was a little over $1000 granite I live on a fixed income , I guarantee if I would’ve took this car anywhere else it would’ve been a lot more . I will never take my car to Valley BMW. All they do is overcharged on everything these gentlemen at this place were professional and got to my car immediately even though they had other cars they were working on also, they literally got the job done and I’m sure gave me a break because I know the work was more than they charge me. I had my car back with a day and a half. I am so grateful to this shop and feel so blessed that I had a girlfriend that knew where they would take good care of somebody that lives on a very tight budget , I got my baby back and I’m happy to say if you have an expensive car like mine that is very high maintenance and you want somebody to trust go to the shop they treat you right they do not try to overcharge they get it done and you will never go wrong get your car fixed here. My car is a 2016 with very low mileage under 40,000 miles on it. I am so grateful to the mechanics and how professional they are. Thank you so very much to all the gentleman that repaired my car and got me back onto the road , this is this is not five stars. It is in my book. “These folks did an excellent diagnostic on the heavy vibration caused by the drive shaft on my 2004 Toyota Pick-up Truck. I spent thousands taking it to other places with horrible results. Owner Ken went to work immediately on removing the drive shaft and getting his excellent staff to balance it--all within two hours. Good clean work; reinstalled and I test drove before I had to pay for the job--nobody's ever done that! Extremely fair price; would recommend to everybody--and I'll make the four-hour round trip again any time I need to balance or rebuild the motor (probably my next big job). The whole crew was polite, knowledgeable, good phone service--rare to find such enthusiastic, hard working, and successful shops like this any more.”
“The smog and certificate process was very fast and easy. I've been coming here for a few years for these, and it's worked out well.
When I came to replace my alternator, however, they did connect things back incorrectly and missed a wire, which caused me to go back, and this happened both times they did this to the same car.
