“I had a bad experience at my previous USPS branch, so I tried this place. Staffs are super amazing. She took her time explaining about international rates and the safest way to send my documents. I paid half compared to the other one. Salute to them. Customer service at its best! Will definitely come here again!”
“It's old but still looks to be in decent condition. The landscaping always looks nice. Inside is organized and clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. There is a wait time here, but sometimes you can get lucky and there will hardly be a line or anyone in line at all. That's a nice trip to the post. Katie is always so sweet.”
“They normally have great service. Mon Nov 21, 2022 I couldn't get stamps so easily. Mom likes colorful, flowers, cheerful, or religious stamps. Dad likes patriotic or American Flag stamps. I picked the Bob Seeger (bet Mom and Dad don't know him) stamps, but they don't come in the standard 20 count booklet. I came with two checks for the standard 20 count booklet (yeah, Mom still uses checks). I became frustrated because all the stamps were not the usual styles. Oh hell, they both got very colorful stamp booklets with balloons and they both said Happy Birthday. Just wanted to get out of there.”
“Imagine on a Saturday, coming into the USPS office with 7 boxes of media mail to be processed for shipping……My book 24 Chapters was released to to public and these books needed to go to their new homes. Mr. Ivan and Ms. Emily went straight to work, typing as fast as they could to process each envelope. Ms. Emily continued to work the line to keep the customers moving, but in between the customers, she was processing these envelopes for shipping. Mr. Ivan wore out one machine processing all these envelopes we had to move to another machine and we almost wore that one out too! Lollll. There were A LOT of labels being printed VERY quickly because of these to efficient and really kind employees here at this location. There was also another really nice lady who came to gather all the mail and also looked at the machines we had smoke coming out of…..again, just kidding about the smoke, but Mr. Ivan and Ms. Emily were shooting the labels out lightning fast. Between the two of them they were able to process all 7 boxes of media mail and keep the lines moving for all the other customers. These are amazing employees and humans! Thank you USPS for having amazing and quality employees.”
“I love going to this post office. I know they never have pens, so bring yours and it may be full. But Laday and Sunil and some others are so sweet and I feel so happy on coming here and working with them for my mail.”

“First of all I am so happy with the front door being repaired, I am giddy! Being disabled, it was such a hassle having to go all the way around the building.
Second, Ebay tracking showed my package having been delivered this morning, but no such Item was in my mailbox. I took a copy from my Ebay account showing that the item delivered at 11:30am to the USPS clerk. She immediately conducted a search and called the carrier who delivers to my box. However another carrier who lives in Patterson but works in Hughson came to my house with the package. She was more than professional and showed as much concern as I had. Cudo's to the carriers who are out in this terrible heat. Thank you, Thank you and Thank you!”
“Had a passport appointment here. Was worried because of all the negative reviews, but the woman who did our passports was super kind and we didn't have any issues. They are very kind, helpful, and doing the best they can despite being very understaffed at this location.”
