“We have been going to this Safeway for years as it's the closest store to our (former) family cabin. I can't ever recall a visit where I had any interaction with any of the staff. Until our last visit. We went up for a day trip and stopped into Safeway for sandwiches. It takes time to make 4 footlong sandwiches and we weren't the only customers at the sandwich counter. But, the wait was easy with Princess Tony (the sandwich artist) chatting with us while we waited. Tony was easily the highlight of our day. We had lovely conversation with this beautiful human being! and our sandwiches were, of course, excellent.”
