“I can't believe it's taken me so long to write this review, because Savon is a go-to for me. I bought a fridge here for my first apartment, and Marsha educated us on why modern fridges are so terrible. Marsha is really the best, because she's the type of person where you can tell she's not BSing you. Years later, I bought another fridge here - not because the first fridge died, but because I moved out. That first fridge is still going strong 8+ years later with my roommate and I still have the replacement fridge 5 years in! We also bought a stackable washer/dryer from Savon, and then sold it back to them when we moved. Most recently, the washer at our new home started leaking as soon as we moved in, so we replaced it with another workhorse from Savon. Eventually we may switch over to more modern appliances, but in the meantime Marsha and Savon have been lifesavers for helping us save money and keeping these appliances out of the landfill.”
“Very nice staff member Dave. Warm, friendly, no pressure, and gave us space. He was attentive, and made us feel like family. We honestly would have purchased from him, but the store had very limited stock. Many of the models/options on display were not in fact available. The hand full that were available were not the best rated by consumer reports/the internet. They do next day delivery for free, but you have to complete the sale before 3pm the day before. There is $40 hail away fee for your old appliance. Pretty nice space, plenty of parking. We ended up going with Costco (free delivery and haul away) with purchase; but two days before delivery. Largely went with Costco because they had the better models in stock. Props to Dave. Great guy! Sorry the inventory was too low to close the sale on a desired model.”
“Only 11 Sears stores remain and this is likely the one functioning most like a full department store.
Items are oddly spaced out to give perception of fullness, but it does have complete department store sections. There were things in the store I’d actually buy, which can’t be said for a few other remaining stores. Appliance section is the most complete and would go there if I needed anything. Interestingly has a decent sized toy section though it’s oddly placed.”

“this place is a dying breed in store purchases. I went there to get myself a pixel 10 case. they had them at the best prices compared to let's say Amazon or timu but they had them in stock. didn't have to pay for shipping. didn't have to wait so there's electronic item or TV that you want to see before you purchase. this is a place to go and they have specials deals, open boxes, stuff like that. got plenty of parking at this location. there's also a Chick-fil-A other restaurants nearby Chipotle to Costco or they have those giant slices of pizza. definitely worth a stop and if you end up wanting to go and check out what's at Costco, just tell him you're going to the pharmacy. the pharmacy's always open to the public. you don't have to be a member to to go to Costco's farming City and once you're in you can walk around and look. you just can't buy anything unless you remember but is there something that you want to buy? there can become a member. it's kind of a way to get in the door haha but back to Best buy Steph's very helpful and like I said, it's a dying breed. it's hard to find a place that's Carrie's such a large selection with electronics all in one place, especially when it comes to accessories smaller items cuz when you look at it them online. lots of times it's hard to make your decision so you can go there. check out what they've got. find what you want. you can take a Google screenshot to lends on it and then find it at Amazon. get it for cheaper delivered, especially if you're an Amazon member. you can get next day shipping. great of Amazon open up a shop like this”

“Bought a used refrigerator last year after ours broke down. Went here after looking at many other places. The guy was nice and frank. He understood our need for a refrigerator asap and even delivered it that same evening for us. Refrigerator works great, no issues this far. Would recommend this place and I would go back if I needed to.”

It's a good place. It's cool to see all the available things found inside the store. So many things to add onto your garage toolset or do a home DYI. Some of the staff here are friendly and knowledgable, others are.... questionable. But still a great atmosphere. I do wish customers would cover their mouths when they cough here though. Seems like a steady stream of sick people going in here for DYI (weird anecdote, I know).”
“I had to drive out early on Memorial Day to pick up a few items to fix a broken tile on my outdoor patio firepit. I wasn’t sure what to buy, so I shared a photo with a few staff members, and they were incredibly helpful in guiding me to the right materials. The whole shopping trip was quick and easy.

“I went to Pasadena Kitchens following a lackluster experience at a popular appliance showroom. Samantha was an ace from the get go. She looked at my spreadsheet, was able to give personal and customer feedback on all the models and brands I had listed. She ran through them all looking for lowest available prices, additional rebates, and suggested adding a piece to unlock another $1100 in rebates. I left her with some questions and she responded the following business day with answers and confirmed discounts from the owner. I went in that week, met Sarah the owner, she got everything input, printed out my rebate sheets, highlighted the various due dates and info needed all while seamlessly helping other customers with varied questions. I never felt like she forgot I was there, I just marveled at her ready knowledge and multi-tasking capabilities. Could not have been happier to cut a check (additional discount) to Pasadena Kitchens and recommended them to everyone in my Altadena rebuilder community.”

“We got a side by side sub-zero panel-ready fridge and freezer set from them. Martin helped us out from the very beginning. He was very accommodating and patient with us. He helped us find what we wanted that would work best within our budget, and then he even held onto the two items for a couple months while our remodel was slowly moving along. When we were finally ready for the items he delivered them, and when we found that there was a problem with a couple of the leveling gears he honored good warranty and sent someone out to fix it. We're very pleased with the fridge and freezer combo, they look great with the panels on. Thanks to Martin for his help and ongoing service. I highly recommend this business for affordable high end appliances.”
“These guys are awesome! Saved me a ton of money on high end appliances: Miele, Thermador, Subzero and Wolf. Handled all inquiries in a prompt and timely manner. Very happy with my kitchen. Items were delivered and installed by professional installers. They handled service calls even after sale. Honestly, be prepared to have some patience: the money I have saved was worth the wait. I spent over $40,000 on my purchases there and saved about $15,000. If you want the price - these guys can't be beat”
