“I went on to get an alignment, the gentleman at the counter was very honest and fair. I had brand new tires and he said to take them back to the place I bought them. He said he will check them and see what he can do. He found out the tire was defective due to excessive runout. He did not charge me for the inspection! Due to his professionalism, he will get my business going forward.”

“Shopped around for labor pricing on replacing a busted tail light with a new one.
Dealership wanted $120 for a 10 minute job. Needless to say, the Ford dealership didn’t get my installation business. However, to be fair, the Parts Department worked with me on the price of the new replacement tail light.
I was happy to find Flintridge Automotive, where upon speaking to a gentleman by the name of Greg, one of the owners I believe, not only gave me a very fair labor price, but also completed the job quickly. I didn’t get the name of his mechanic, a friendly fellow, extremely competent and accommodating.
I found Greg to be fair, friendly, honest and committed to helping his new customers, like me!
I highly recommend trying Flintridge Auto Repair in Pasadena to see for yourself, as I randomly did, you won’t be disappointed!”
