He was polite, professional, and very courteous. Claudio explained what my options were and took my vehicle in promptly. “My work involves driving a lot, and I am always changing tires. It can get very very expensive when I have to constantly buy new tires. I found this really awesome place on Yelp, and connected with Felipe and Fidel who were both really great and gave me an awesome deal on 2 almost brand new (barely used) Bridgestone tires that usually run over $300 each brand new! They installed and balanced it and I was on my way! Great guys, great establishment and I couldn't be happier! Will definitely be back! Thank you guys for the great service and the awesome deal! “I was in town for a reunion and woke up Friday morning at my hotel with a flat tire. I called Pasadena Tire Pros and talked to Henry who understood my difficulty, was very understanding and fit me into their busy schedule immediately. I brought the car over and Henry had the flat taken care of in less than 30 minutes. And the repair charge was very reasonable. This could have ruined my entire day but Pasadena Tire Pros came thru and saved the day. Thank you, Henry and company.I have to mention one other thing that I noticed while I was waiting for the repair. There have been many times where he could have easily sold me on parts or service jobs that I didn't need at the time but he never has. This is so important to me and I feel lucky to have found him and his shop.With all that being said, the quality of the work speaks for itself.
