“When I say this is the most honest place for auto repair, I tell you no lie. I’ve been coming here for years and the reason being is because I feel safe. As a woman, when it comes to auto repairs, I have no clue but ever since coming here I have never felt taken advantage of, disrespected or treated different. “Stumbled upon this place through Reddit and saw all the glowing reviews, so I took my car in for an oil change a few hours later. Probably the fastest and most thorough service I’ve experienced for an oil change. They filled my tires, checked all the fluids, and let me know they can help with figuring out any issues preventing my car from passing my next smog test. All within ten minutes. Definitely coming back very soon to get my transmission fluid changed!”

“I’ve been coming here for several years. It is a great shop that will never try to sell you something you don’t need. Star Mazda in Glendale told me I needed new brakes a year after I bought a “Certified” Used Car from them. Fortunately, I brought it to Joe to do the work during my next oil change. He told me the brakes were fine. I ended up using those same brakes another 5 years!
Nishikawa is very resourceful in finding aftermarket or junkyard parts to keep older vehicles running smoothly without having to resort to outrageously priced OEM stuff. The place keeps very busy, as their prices are reasonable for great work.”

“Went here for my second oil and break fluid change last Saturday. Service was top tier. Marlon not only did an oil and break fluid change he noticed that my car had a check engine light on. He run the code and he and Marcela suggest that it's probably a transmission problem and gave be a referral for a transmission service.
Overall great people, great service, great prices. You could't get that kind of service for that price in most places anymore.”

After an accident, the insurance company and the repair shop was freaking out about the car with extremely insanely high prices to repair and long delays. Nothing was happening. I then got my car out of there and brought it over to this shop. They gave me a great price and it never went up. The car looks brand new when I picked it up and they did it quickly, efficiently and did a good job. I would definitely use this shop again. They even ended up repairing some small things for me here and there that wasn’t connected to the original damage. It was extra. Great service!”
