“I can't thank Kay and Bryan enough for their professionality , helpful attitude and their work ethic under pressure. I was sent from the San Gabriel office who just cancelled my appointment that I had booked 3 days ago . They were super busy my passports services were not easy and they took me in, they did everything top notch and Kay probably revised everything more than 4 times to ensure perfection. I am so grateful I was sent to this office and from now on It will be my go to!
Thank you temple City post office !”
“If I could give 15 our of 5 stars I would: for TUAN! I was there to mail a small package priority. The standard priority boxes weren't the right size, so Tuan customized a larger box to fit my item. He then put it in a priority envelope that was actually slightly cheaper than the box price-- hooked me up. I was having a rough day (tears leaking out despite my best efforts) and though he never said a word about it, he showed me tremendous care, compassion, and gentleness in a moment where I needed it most. He also xeroxed the address info I had on the original box and then just taped it on the new packaging, so I wouldn't have to step aside to rewrite it all. It's like he knew that would be a lot for me in that moment. He not only showed excellent customer service, but incredible humanity-- such a rare quality in this world. Tuan is an stellar human being and deserves all the praise!!! Oh, also, my priority package got from Burbank to Jersey in A DAY AND A HALF!! So Tuan also worked some magic to get my package in the fast lane. <3”
“PROS: very nice staff, beautiful location, usually not busy if you time it correctly
CONS: parking is annoying, if you go at the wrong time it CAN get super slow because there's only like 2 windows
But I don't know, to me the pros outweigh the cons, especially with how notorious USPS is with having rude customer service. This location is kinda serene and has nice workers usually haha.”
“I had a very positive experience at this United States Postal Service office in Alhambra. The office was clean and organized, and the staff were professional and respectful from the moment I walked in. Even though it can get busy, the employees handled everything efficiently and kept the line moving smoothly.
I especially want to thank Daniel for his outstanding customer service. He was extremely polite, patient, and helpful throughout the entire process. Daniel took the time to answer all my questions clearly and ensured everything was handled correctly. It is rare to meet someone who genuinely cares about helping customers and creates such a welcoming atmosphere.
Because of employees like Daniel, this USPS location stands out from many others. I truly appreciate the professionalism, kindness, and positive attitude shown during my visit. Highly recommended office if you are looking for reliable and friendly service.”
“Ms. Kong is one of most helpful USPS officials I have ever encountered. She is patient, kind, and accommodating. She gave me the most affordable and efficient options for my recent mail devileries. Bless her heart!”
“Never have I ever felt compelled to write a review for a post office, good or bad. But today I went to this post office and the employee there (Carlos) was just so kind, knowledgeable, and helpful, I felt compelled to write a review and to say “Go, Carlos!””
“The standard experience of a USPS Post Office visit ranges from tolerable to downright awful (my worst experiences being in NYC), but I have never had a better experience than the Lincoln location. There’s something about the culture of this office that the staff are courteous, friendly, efficient, knowledgeable, truly give a damn and go out of their way to help. There was an older gentleman (who retired in December) who was wonderful and his replacement is just as good. If only all USPS offices were this good. Thank you guys, you give us hope!”
“My mom had put a stamp which was worth twice the rate of a regular stamp and was sad when he made me pay for another stamp..I thought is was a regular stamp but it wasn't so I didn't notice and he should have! I paid him more money to send my mom's mail and he should have looked at the stamps value and not charged me. He also asked me to return a letter that was put in my mailbox addressed to a different address completely and a different name to my Post Office..I told him the mail man had delivered twice to my house! I said send it to the correct house I don't want to drive to another PO. He finally agreed to take it. Why should it be my problem. I had put it in the outgoing mail after getting it in my mailbox with the flag up and my stupid mailman just didn't even look at it and put on my mailbox again!!! Didn't even look to see the address was a different street, number, and name!!! So why ask me to any more than leave it at ANY post office? So d**** Not my problem. It was someone else's gas company bill. Sheesh!!!”
“It is, in fact, the most friendly post office I have ever had the pleasure of visiting! 100% of the credit goes to Tina. It was my first time in there and hopefully not my last. She was incredibly helpful, joyful, and much to my pleasant surprise… an Indiana Hoosiers fan!”
“My rating is completely owed to Dana. I received a notice in my mailbox on Friday that I had a certified letter to collect. I submitted my redelivery request and instructions online. By Tuesday, the letter hadn't been redelivered and my carrier had left no follow up slips. Also, the system wouldn't allow me to resubmit a request. So, I opened a case. When I didn't hear back, I visited this location on Wednesday.
Dana came out from the back to help when a customer started shouting about the lack of service (one person at the desk, several in line). I saw the recognition in Dana's face when I showed him my notice, since he was already working on my case. He said he couldn't find my letter, because it wasn't where it was supposed to be.
Post office staff are frequently (and reasonably) exhausted and frustrated by their jobs because of how our country has been defunding and abusing USPS for many years. But, despite the many dysfunctions in the system, Dana clearly cared and took personal responsibility for others' errors -- both my mail carrier's and also whoever put my certified letter in the wrong place. He said he would call me back before he went home that night with an update.
He kept his word and called me back. At 8:00 p.m. He said he found the letter and put it where it belonged, and I could come pick it up the next day even though he wouldn't be there. So, I did.
Small actions of caring and competence like these give me hope as our systems continue to fall apart. Thank you Dana!”
“My favorite post office of all time. They have two self-serve kiosks which makes dropping of packages so easy. The employees are so nice and I always hear them laughing with customers. Every time I come in, I feel like I live in a small town because of how friendly everyone is.”
“I go to this location in Pasadena only because I like seeing Junior and I trust him with my transactions. Trust is the most important aspect for a customer and he has earned my trust as a representative of the USPS. Trust can be of short supply these days and he continues to earn it. All these years I've never lost a package and I ship a lot. Also, he knows other customers by name and everyone in line is happy to see him! Not all customers are right in the head though. I've seen self entitled customers become completely belligerent because they didn't get what they demanded even though it wasn't even sensible. I've seen him help direct these crazy customers nicely even when they are being completely disrespectful to him. Junior is awesome and he deserves a raise! I will be a loyal customer with the USPS because of him.”
“I have been to 4 post office locations in the city of Pasadena CA. This one by far has the most friendliest and helpful staff out of all the locations I have been to! Seriously, I have received attitude and even hostility at 2 of the 3 other post office locations that I have done business at. If you need to do any business with the USPS in the city of Pasadena CA, this is the location you want to go to!”
“Fastest, kindest service I’ve ever encountered in a USPS store. ?? in and out in 20 seconds
My local post office is bad attitude HQ, so it was wonderful to be asked “how are you? :)” for once”
“I love this post office. Everyone has always been perfectly helpful and kind to me here. A good place to go buy some stamps and send some letters if you want to have a nostalgic quotidian interaction with another human being.”
“The Mail Shoppe is awesome and so convenient close to my home. Big thanks to the friendly staff for always being there for all my printing, copying, shipping, visa photos, faxing needs (yep, some government offices still want you to fax documents to them...crazy right?!)”
“All USPS locations have gone down hill, in my experience, since DeJoy took over. And Steiner doesn’t seem much better — but, this is one of the better locations of all the bad options in this part of LA. I like it better than the one near Fairfax & Santa Monica, as well as the one over on Wilcox. Though this one can be short staffed and the drop off box for packages often sticks, the employees that are here seem nicer than average and the wait often seems shorter. I’ve noticed, too, that packages dropped off here seem to enter the tracking system before packages dropped off at any other nearby USPS branch! Which is important to me.”
“The friendliest post office I’ve ever visited in my life!
All the staff here are always very friendly and go above and beyond for the customers—even at 4:55 when the last-minute rush of people come in, and I’m sure the staff wants to go home.”
“This is one of my go to post office locations when I am visiting family every couple months.
The city of South Pasadena finished their last phase in landscaping the remaining grassy area in the south side by the public parking lot.
Fun Fact:
They built a 100% California native, drought tolerant demonstration garden. Selected plants that are naturally suited to the hot and sunny weather while also supporting pollination and providing food and shelter for wildlife.
Plantings will have color at different times of year, and include Cleveland Sage, St. Catherine’s Lace Buckwheat, Toyon, a ‘Desert Museum’ Palo Verde tree, among other plants.”
“Is sad to see such a poor reviews, this post office has one of the nicest staff. Friendly and always willing to help.
Thank you for always being so helpful.”
“Such a kind, patient, helpful postal woman helped us today. Despite the long line, she took her time to address each customer’s questions and individual shipping needs. Thank you!”
“Sunset Beach PostOffice

UNITED STATES POSTAL SERVICE ? WE ❤ HIM?%?”
“It's a very convenient place, no much of a line, fast service, respectful and professional service... I want to mention Martha she is a very good employee she is fast taking care of costumers ,she is kind and you can tell she is willing to help, although sometimes is hard to help when costumer have attitude or issues that are out of her hands.. thank you Martha for your hard work.”
“This location provides fingerprint services for FBI's for identity history summary request.
The Hispanic lady in charge was able to get it done in 15 minutes. Great service.”
“Super friendly and knowledgeable staff. The man who helped me saved me money by recommending the better shipping method for my books and the rest of the team had really good energy. A bit far from my house but will come back here for my postal needs.”
“The staff here is consistently friendly, welcoming, knowledgeable and patient. I often go out of my way to visit this USPS location because the experience is substantially better than at others in the area. There is limited parking as other reviews mention, but the turnover is usually pretty quick.”
“Slow and machine stencil wasn't working and postal rep didn't tell her for five minutes she could just use her finger. Probably because she was busy looking at her phone. Meanwhile the line grew from 3 to like 9.”
“I recently interacted with Artur Gevorgyan, Manager of Customer Service, and was impressed by his leadership and integrity. When we reported an unethical, ignorant behavior by a Postman. Artur addressed the issue promptly and effectively on the spot. His decisive actions resolved the problem and reinforced the standards of service we expect from USPS. He is a true asset to the company and USPS needs to hire more exemplary individuals like Artur!”
“I visited the Sunland Post Office and was fortunate enough to be greeted by the Postmaster, Abriel Vega. He was very polite, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. After one very short phone call, he managed to resolve my complex issue.”
“The service was great!
The front desk person could help me prepare for the priority express mail stamp that I tried to find by running to two previous USPS locations”
