“I moved over this post office from my previous location. The service here runs as need be efficient and down to business. I have heard people be nosey about a previous employee who was in terrible health. Dumbasses like this Rob want to know things that obviously standing in line behind them can not be discussed by another employee. I own a business and you can not give out any personal details period. Get a grip and find a hobby. You take up my time in line with your frivolous complaints. Signed boohoo”

“Parking is AWFUL! However, the customer service team is always helpful and friendly which I have never experienced in any other post office. Like the one in Verdugo Road where the attendants are incredibly rude.”

“It’s 5 stars based on it is a post office. It gets the job done, no more no less. The line is usually manageable to short. The staff is helpful. Street parking is usually available to stop in. Happy to have a local branch nearby.”

“I like this post office, everyone is kind and helpful. It gets very busy at peak hours with sometimes only person at the counter, try to go in the middle of the day”

“Ive been to tons of US Post office locations and ive had the horrible experience like we all have. But i came here, and the manager was super nice and was very helpful in locating my package. I was a bit shocked that US postal staff was kind and respectful and seeking to assist the customer. I told the manager that this is the best postal office ive been to and he acknowledged that we try to help and do our best! i wish all US postal offices were like this one. To me this is the Gold Standard of what a post office should be. Thank you Glendale USPS!”

“On July 24, 2023, I had an appointment at the USPS passport division, 313 E. Broadway, Glendale, California, and I did the following and my passport processing went smooth.1. I showed up 30 minutes early 2 day before my appt. I went to the post office to look around for signage for any information in regards to applying for the application and took pictures of all the information and instructions posted and picked up 2 copies of the applications. I went home and reviewed that information, if you don’t have time and can’t go send someone take pictures for you and pick up the application.2. Then I download the application, but made sure in the right hand corner of the application the expiration date had not passed. Use an updated application.3. I typed up and filled out the application, and attached my required documents, (marriage certificate, passport- which wasn’t expired, I just needed to change my name on my passport and my passport card. )4. At my appointment, I told the service lady Shereise, that I was there to have her review my application, so that I can submit it for a name change she checked it told me that I had everything, correct.5. I wanted my application for passport an card expedited, to do so you have to pay $220 + $19.53 for expediting and you will also need to write “EXPEDITE” on the outside of your envelope, as stated in the instructions. So I wrote it on my envelope that my documents were in as well on the outside of my priority, mail express envelope all over several times.6. I got to the post office five minutes before it opened and I met Chi, the clerk at the window. She was awesome. She was thorough. She even looked to make sure I had everything I needed for my envelope according to the fees that I was paying, walk me through the process took all of 5 to 10 minutes the extra minutes because I have write the following on the money: U.S. Department of State, my name, and my birthdate. I gave everything back to Chi and she checked it. $2.00 fee7. Expedite you application Priority Mail Express Send to National Passport Processing Center. PO Box 90955, Philadelphia PA 19190-0955 .$28.75 FeeI will keep you posted on the timing of receiving my passport and card. I hope this information helps made an appointment and showed up 30 minutes early. I did the following and my passport processing went smooth.Today, I wanted to give an update on my passport and I received my passport in the mail by priority mail express on September 2nd showing ship date of August 29, 2023.
