“Working with Freight Right has been an incredible experience for our team at Willo. As a growing startup, having a logistics partner that is responsive, transparent, and proactive makes a huge difference. The team is always quick to respond, provides multiple solutions and options, and truly works alongside us to support our growth. One of the biggest benefits has been the visibility and tracking throughout every transaction and shipment. Having that level of transparency and communication gives us real confidence in our operations. It has been a pleasure working with the Freight Right team and we highly recommend them to any growing business looking for a strong logistics partner.”

“My mom had put a stamp which was worth twice the rate of a regular stamp and was sad when he made me pay for another stamp..I thought is was a regular stamp but it wasn't so I didn't notice and he should have! I paid him more money to send my mom's mail and he should have looked at the stamps value and not charged me. He also asked me to return a letter that was put in my mailbox addressed to a different address completely and a different name to my Post Office..I told him the mail man had delivered twice to my house! I said send it to the correct house I don't want to drive to another PO. He finally agreed to take it. Why should it be my problem. I had put it in the outgoing mail after getting it in my mailbox with the flag up and my stupid mailman just didn't even look at it and put on my mailbox again!!! Didn't even look to see the address was a different street, number, and name!!! So why ask me to any more than leave it at ANY post office? So d**** Not my problem. It was someone else's gas company bill. Sheesh!!!”

“Jennifer was an angel and helped me solve a difficult problem. I had lost my receipt for returning bad merchandise and only had my printout from my visa o had used there the week before. I even gave her misinformation about where my memory recalled it had been sent. I had returned a printer the same week so got them mixed up in my head. She let me go home promising me she would look for the receipt and called me later. She worked on it during her lunch break and made a copy of the receipt. She was determined to help me as I was desperate to get that receipt to get my $200+ back. I always love the dedication of the people who work there. She was awesome!!! The only complaint i have is why do you continue to allow people who live neet by to use your parking lot leaving very few spots for your actual customers? She has nothing to do with that but I have noticed this change in the last two years. Literally two of us were there at 10 am, and the whole parking lot was filled with cars from people not at the post office. I have lived here in la crescenta for 65 years and cannot believe you don't address this situation right away. It's not ok.”

“Slow and machine stencil wasn't working and postal rep didn't tell her for five minutes she could just use her finger. Probably because she was busy looking at her phone. Meanwhile the line grew from 3 to like 9.”
