“The entire team at Navis Pack & Ship in Glendale was incredible and helped my wife and me through a complicated moment in our lives. We live in New England and were visiting Los Angeles on a quick timeline to help clear out the home of a family member who passed away suddenly. While we were helping organize the belongings, we learned that a lot of antique furniture and family heirlooms were assigned to my wife and me from the will.We were immediately concerned about how to ship across the country two large antique chests, a wooden chair, and a host of other antique family heirlooms that are too fragile to ship with UPS or FedEx. We considered renting a cargo van and driving across the country with the items but simply couldn’t due to circumstances. After a quick Google search, we discovered that Navis specialized in packing and shipping large goods, antiques, odd-shaped items, and complicated items to ship.After a quick drive to their facility, we met with both the owners, Elin and Louie and explained our situation and concern about shipping antique furniture across the country and how to do it. Elin and Louie explained how they would package each item, ship, and how we would receive the items. Additionally, my wife and I felt they understood our situation and respected that it was an emotional time for us while we probably came off as frantic. We decided to go with Navis and brought a bunch of the items to their facility and arranged for a pick-up of the larger items with their truck. Each item was scrutinized, cataloged, and labeled for packaging. We felt comfortable with these items in Navis’s hands once we left Los Angeles and felt further confident in them because Elin and a young woman named Maria provided me with constant status updates while everything was being packaged and in transit.Once I received the items at my home and saw how everything was packaged, we were blown away! Each piece of furniture was individually wrapped in a mixture of soft foam packing sheets, with corner foam squares, plastic wrap, and additional foam secured to particular sections, and put into a large thick box that had 6-inch-thick foam sections between the box and furniture to prevent it from wobbling or absorbing any real damage. Each piece was handled uniquely to its shape and size. The boxes were then arranged on a pallet and further protected with edge protectors, heavy-duty pallet wrapping, and more “FRAGILE” and “THIS SIDE UP” stickers than I knew existed. Once we opened everything, we were delighted to see that all of our family heirlooms and antique furniture were perfectly secure with not one ounce of damage.It felt great receiving these items in perfect condition during a tough time in our lives. Elin, Louie, Maria, and the entire team at Navis could not have been more professional, patient, and accommodating while demonstrating their expertise in packing and shipping of delicate items. If we could rate them 10 stars, we would.”

“I auction a lot = All over the USA. I RARELY come across a shipping company like Glendale Shipping Center (GSC). The fact is most shippers and shipping companies suck, they just do not care. THIS IS NOT SO at GSC! Let me illustrate by recanting my experience: I won an auction and did not actually realize the shear amount that I had won. I bid on some 1990 TY Beanie Babies, each lot showed a picture of about 20, I won seven lots, but was not told that each lot was approximately 75-125 TY Beanie Babies. Yes, I won 750+ 1990 TY Beanie Babies. The auction house sent my Auction Winnings over to GSC and they called me and let me know just how MUCH I had actually won. Ashley worked with me like no other shipping company I have come across. I genuinely was impressed with everything, EVEN the communication was robust, on-time and continual! We ONLY want a Fair and Reasonable shipping company. I FOUND ONE! I just wish I could replicate the GSC all over the country. “This place is a great one stop shop for all things postal, supplies, and keys. They even mail boxes that you can rent! I had a huge painting to ship and Robert at Postal Pack n Ship helped me out, packed it up beautifully in a box with appropriate "fragile" and "this side up" stickers. I also had two keys copied and bought some supplies. We were in and out within half an hour for all of that. There's also a free attached self-parking lot that is shared with the other businesses. I recommend!”

I did the following and my passport processing went smooth. post office to look around for signage for any information in regards to applying for the application and took pictures of all the information and instructions. They have posted in the area I went home and reviewed that information, if you don’t have if you can’t go send someone take pictures for you2. I download the application, but made sure in the right hand corner of the application the expiration date had not passed. Use an updated application.3. I filled out the application, attached attached, my required documents, (marriage certificate, passport- which wasn’t expired, I just needed to change my name on my passport and my passport card. )4. At my appointment, I told the Shereise, that I was there to have her review my application, so that I can submit it for a name change she checked it told me that I had everything, correct.5. I wanted my application for passport an card expedited, to do so you have to pay $220 + $19.53 for expediting and you will also need to write “EXPEDITE” on the outside of your envelope, as stated in the instructions. So I wrote it on my envelope that my documents were in as well on the outside of my priority, mail express envelope all over several times.6. I got to the post office five minutes before it opened and I met Chi, the clerk at the window. She was awesome. She was thorough. She even looked to make sure I had everything I needed for my envelope according to the fees that I was paying, walk me through the process took all of 5 to 10 minutes the extra minutes because I have write the following on the money: U.S. Department of State, my name, and my birthdate. I gave everything back to Chi and she checked it. $2.00 fee7. Expedite you application Priority Mail Express Send to National Passport Processing Center. PO Box 90955, Philadelphia PA 19190-0955 .$28.75 FeeI will keep you posted on the timing of receiving my passport and card. I was a bit shocked that US postal staff was kind and respectful and seeking to assist the customer.
