“It’s my 3rd time using this transport service from Florida to the westside of Texas back and forth and they’re really reliable, they’re easy to transact with, and always follow up in case there’s any revision. Their driver also keeps me posted from time to time about when and what time they’ll arrive. Won't get wrong with them and plus they also give a good discount.? Mr. Martin is the guy ?”

“Highly Recommend Global Expert Shipping! Global Expert Shipping is extremely customer-oriented, responsive, and kind. They know exactly what they’re doing and handle everything in a timely and professional manner. The whole process is made super easy for everyone! They’re based in Glendale, but even if you’re shipping from another state like me, you don’t have to deal with a complicated process. I simply sent my parcel through my local post office, and once they received it, they contacted me with all the details. Unlike other companies where you’re required to go online, pack your own package, measure it, and guess the weight before you can even send it, Global Expert Shipping makes everything simple and stress-free. If you want a team that’s accommodating, efficient, and truly cares about customer satisfaction — I definitely recommend using their services!”

“It is, in fact, the most friendly post office I have ever had the pleasure of visiting! 100% of the credit goes to Tina. It was my first time in there and hopefully not my last. She was incredibly helpful, joyful, and much to my pleasant surprise… an Indiana Hoosiers fan!”

“So about a month ago I'm a little late on writing this review I had went to this location and let me tell you. This place had some of the best customer service I have experienced in nearly all of Los Angeles. The employees were super helpful and there was a supervisor on duty who helped me with everything I needed. I went over to Tech Services trying to find a new laptop. I didnt buy anything but the supervisor on duty Melissa was very helpful in helping me make my choice on what to get. I would highly recommend this location just for the service alone.”

“My rating is completely owed to Dana. I received a notice in my mailbox on Friday that I had a certified letter to collect. I submitted my redelivery request and instructions online. By Tuesday, the letter hadn't been redelivered and my carrier had left no follow up slips. Also, the system wouldn't allow me to resubmit a request. So, I opened a case. When I didn't hear back, I visited this location on Wednesday. Dana came out from the back to help when a customer started shouting about the lack of service (one person at the desk, several in line). I saw the recognition in Dana's face when I showed him my notice, since he was already working on my case. He said he couldn't find my letter, because it wasn't where it was supposed to be. Post office staff are frequently (and reasonably) exhausted and frustrated by their jobs because of how our country has been defunding and abusing USPS for many years. But, despite the many dysfunctions in the system, Dana clearly cared and took personal responsibility for others' errors -- both my mail carrier's and also whoever put my certified letter in the wrong place. He said he would call me back before he went home that night with an update. He kept his word and called me back. At 8:00 p.m. He said he found the letter and put it where it belonged, and I could come pick it up the next day even though he wouldn't be there. So, I did. Small actions of caring and competence like these give me hope as our systems continue to fall apart. Thank you Dana!”

“L.A. Fulfillment Center allowed me to distribute product across the USA with no surprise pricing! This company was upfront and honest about their prices and the services they could provide. This was a change of pace from other companies because there were no hidden fees. Because of L.A. Fulfillment Center’s strategic business planning, my product could be shipped from fulfillment centers closest to the consumer, this increased my revenue and decreased shipping time, earning me repeat and satisfied customers!”

“Fast service and I don’t feel rushed at all! I came here to ship sensitive items for work twice. Both times they helped me gauge which shipping option to select best for my needs. Only hassle is parking but I more often than not get lucky out front. Also have a lot in the back that’s quite small. Love when their dog is in the shop!”

“I have been using this company for so many years. They have delivered my boxes to my family on time except when there is unexpected typhoon or longer rainy days. I highly recommend Lisa (Ventura area) - I usually bring my boxes to her place. She is accommodating and helpful. But since I moved and no one to help me load my boxes, I am using the people here in the Valley. Good price too.”

“I’ve been using Postal Pack N Ship for many years, and I can confidently say they are absolutely phenomenal. Patrick and Robert consistently go above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly. They are professional, friendly, and incredibly accommodating when it comes to handling packages of all kinds. One of the things I appreciate most is their reliability and communication. They always call when packages arrive, which gives me peace of mind. I’ve never had a single issue with lost or stolen packages while using their service, something that’s truly invaluable. The only challenges I’ve experienced have been with outside delivery services (like DHS/GoGo), which occasionally don’t follow delivery instructions. However, that’s completely out of Postal Pack N Ship’s control, and Patrick and Robert still do everything they can to help resolve any issues that come up. Overall, I highly recommend Postal Pack N Ship. If you’re looking for a trustworthy, dependable place to handle your mail and packages, this is it. Patrick and Robert are the reason I’ve stayed a loyal customer for years!”

“My favorite post office of all time. They have two self-serve kiosks which makes dropping of packages so easy. The employees are so nice and I always hear them laughing with customers. Every time I come in, I feel like I live in a small town because of how friendly everyone is.”

“I came here with an appointment after waiting in line at the Van Nuys mega office for 3 hours and being turned away. The experience here is night and day. The building is historic and beautiful. You wait in line inside and they let you inside to sit down pretty immediately. There were two women working that day. One was very grumpy and the other was extremely pleasant. We lucked out that the grumpy one didn’t want to help us. Cindy was an absolute pleasure to work with. She is kind, patient, and friendly. She is efficient and straightforward. We took our newborn’s passport photo, and she let us have multiple shots before committing to a picture. I wish we’d done all of our family’s passport applications with her! Parking was easy to find on the street (no meters). They accept debit cards, which was convenient since I forgot my checkbook. I definitely recommend coming here for a positive passport application experience! Thank you so much, Cindy!! You are wonderful.”
