“Great rates and super helpful staff! Won't jack up your rent every 6 month unlike public storage! Manager lives on site so it's always safe! Keyed(code) gate access is also a plus.”

“I walked into the La Habra location after having searched for a rental space. Martin helped me. He was clear in relaying to me the information that I needed to know about each of the two units that he showed me today. He showed me the exact two units that I had researched prior to going in. Thanks again Martin. You are courteous and helpful.”

“The service was great. But this location was busy! Manager friendly despite wearing several hats all at once. We had a local mid-week rental. When we called to let them know we would be a little late returning the truck, the call was answered by the national office. National said we were to have had the truck back by 8am. We picked it up at 10: 15 am, thinking it was a 24 hour day. National automatically charged up another day. It's not like renting a car, where you might have a short grace period if you go over the day. Anyway, the manager was cool, confirmed it was a 24 hour rental when we returned the truck. But since we were told the charge for the extra day was already added, we didn't rush back. It all worked out. Word to the wise, confirm your return deadlines. Good service, questions answered, equipment in good shape.”

“I just want to to mention how tremendously helpful and professional the employees are that work here. Especially Amanda, who went out of her way to help me with a propane issue I was having with a special tank that I wouldn't have been able to swap out at any of the local stores. She saved the day for me and this wasn't the first time the staff went out of their way when my back was against the wall. Thank you Amanda and La Habra U-Haul!! You guys rock!!”
