“Came into the store on July 22 at around 1:20 PM to return some Verizon equipment and the two gentlemen that were there were amazing very helpful and kind! The representative that helped me was able to figure out a mailing address that I needed because Verizon wasn’t helpful but he was able to figure it out fast and efficiently. They were also very kind and offered my kids some stickers. These two gentlemen deserve a raise for their awesome customer service!!!”

“I absolutely adore this shipping store. It’s family owned and the whole family is amazing. I first met Gabriel who was very helpful and gave me several shipping options. He made a conscious effort to connect and understand my needs. I came back to ship another item and met his parents and owners. Just as sincere and genuine. Use Pak Mail and support small business!”

“I literally cannot rave about this place enough! If you have any shipping needs whatsoever this is the place to go hands down!I have been here on two occasions and had amazing experiences both times. They literally give you all shipping options through main carrier companies to give you the best price. The 2nd time I went this place quoted me literally half the price, of a different shipping facility. Gabriel was super helpful and understanding of my needs, but literally anyone working there will absolutely take care you!”

“Like any U.S. government administrative system, the process is slow and can be a hassle, and mistakes do happen from time to time. However, the staff at this post office are very friendly, and they make an effort to improve when issues are raised. That is why I like this post office.”
