“Joe saved our entire vacation! He is the absolute best. I called him after arriving to La Jolla when the airport Budget rental gave me a tiny two door vehicle. My family and I tried to make that work, but my son is an athlete and my husband is tall as well. With the three of us, we could barely fit, let alone our luggage. Also, forget about purchasing any groceries. We called La Jolla Budget rental and Joe took care amazing care of us. He switched out our car and was so professional. 10/10 recommend.”

“Best Avis experience that I've ever had! There was a mishap that happened with the car (it wouldn't start the day I was leaving for the airport) and after a ton of back and forth with customer service, I decided to see if I could get the rep that initialized the rental. Joe was fantastic, he could see the incorrect charges that were made, told me to call back CS and even offered to be on the call with me as I was addressing the problem.
Service was quick and easy. Very transparent. And I will 10000% be renting from this location in my future SD travels. Thank you!”
