“Great scented shea butters, oils, jewelry. The Rihanna and Kush butters smelled amazing. The owner was very kind and knowledgeable while showing me around the store. They have a great book and clothing selection that sends great messages. I bought some stickers with quotes from the store. Very easy going atmosphere.”
“Anthony and Lindsay are top tier when it comes to customer service! I needed a pair of pants for a wedding that I ordered from the website, but wasn’t sure if they would make it on time. Even though I was out of town, they figured out a solution for me and handled everything in about 5 minutes. Saved me a round trip flight to San Diego.”

Such a wonderful woman and authentic. She cares and will help you get just what you need and what you didn't even realize you needed. Perfect spot for gifts also. The home made delicacies.... I stock up when I'm there.Try it all. You will thank me!I confess that I love the area but a lot of the shops are all selling identical things now and that is why I love Casa XoVi it is still unique.Art, Yummies, decor, gifts, and some of the classic items. Take a basket and let her fill it up and you will have a gift no one will forget.Go early for the best parking. I suggest comfy shoes and park a little ways off as it is more fun walking than fighting for parking. “An old review of this location that said the staff is unhelpful is the absolute opposite from my experience today. They are so helpful and kind. However, I must admit I felt smothered. I will not be going back to Athleta in person because 1. I felt pressured to buy, and 2. four women came up to me within 5 minutes asking if I needed help. I still give 4 stars because they are so attentive and knowledgeable. However, I am an introvert and was very overwhelmed by the constant questioning from all employees. I did not have time to think about what I wanted. I also imagine that due to location they are trying to prevent theft loss. I respect the job they have to do is difficult. I would simply suggest they assign one employee to each customer because I was in a whirlwind of too much confrontation! I personally feel that asking a person more than once every 5 minutes if they need something is overkill.”

“Very comfortable, trendy clothes that are budget friendly. Friendly sales associates that were able to assist me with my issue right away. (I had to return an online order for which I no longer had the email in order to process it online. I needed them to look up my account.) The associate was able to locate my items in the system and process the refund, right there. Whether online or in person, I know I will be back!”

“I had the best experience at this store I feel like the staff went above and beyond. A pair of jeans that I asked someone to put up front for purchase when I was done shopping. When I went to get checked out the cashier who searched high and low could not find them, the line was getting so long I told her not to worry about it “I can just buy them online” after I finished checking out I realized the manager had still been looking for them and she finally found them!! I wasn’t in line anymore so instead of making me wait in the now really long that I inadvertently created she found a way to use my account to check me out so I didn’t have to waste any of my time. Honestly good customer service is hard to come by these days but not at this store, everyone at that store was spectacular I might shop in store instead of online because the employees make it so easy to shop and get the clothes you like.”

“It took me a while to write this review because I didn’t catch the name of one of the sales representatives—but I remembered Cemaka’s name when I received my package with his card inside.
We visited San Diego in July from Oklahoma on my husband’s business trip, and that’s when I discovered this boutique. I’ve never felt so comfortable in a store before. The sales representatives—especially Cemaka, a very kind and professional young man, and a lovely lady whose name I, unfortunately, didn’t catch—were absolutely amazing. They were polite, knowledgeable, and truly helpful in finding styles that fit and flattered my and my husband’s figures.
The store was sparkling clean, and the staff made us feel completely welcome. We’re not the skinniest people, but not for one second did we feel uncomfortable or out of place.
Thank you for such a warm and memorable experience.
I’m looking forward to visiting again next year!”
“Sweetest and most helpful staff! I was in a hurry, screaming toddler in toe, and the team did an exchange and price adjustment in record time. They were so attentive to everyone in the store, and the place looked great (hard to keep a store looking tidy this time of year with holidays, but everything looked fantastic)!!”
“I came here to get some hemming and alterations done on existing Lululemon shirts. I’m happy with the outcome because it was free. However, if there’s a piece you cherish I would go somewhere that does cleaner work.
The staff was super helpful getting me pinned for the adjustments. This shop is small so there was a 15min wait for the fitting room. They were clear that they can only cover straight hems in their policy. I asked if they could save the bottom hem with the motivational text and the finger holes like some other shops can do, and they said they would if they could.
Unfortunately, the finger holes and none of the Lululemon specific text or size dot and size information was left on the shirts. Also for the long sleeve they had to hem it a bit shorter than I would have liked because of they fully removed the finger holes. The hems aren’t totally straight but I know this material type is difficult. Last nit pick is the line work doesn’t have the best attention to detail and isn’t matched to the seams in all places.
Turn around was quick, a couple days. Seemed like they were doing a ton of alterations at this location. Greatful to have this option for free hemming at Lululemon.”

My experience at the JCPenney Salon on 03/23 was beyond my belief, the team welcomed me with a warm genuine greetings from the moment I entered. The salon felt like a tranquil sanctuary, not just a retail space. The hair salon manager Tiena is a friendly person who suggested Zina would be the perfect hair stylist for my natural African hair. Indeed the Master Stylist Zina with 31+ year experience did sculpted my curls to perfection, her service is 10/10. It was an honor to have known her. She has a magic hands and does an awesome job. I highly recommend her service to my fellow African and African Americans. She shampooed my hair 3 times as it had hair oil and left it for about 5 minutes after she applied the conditioner. Blow dried it out and did the flat iron curls and it looked gorgeous ?. Price was quite reasonable. You can do an online booking or call the store and check If she can take you in as a walk-in. I highly recommend her service. Thank you so much Tiena for your suggestion and Zina for your friendly and professional service. I hope to see you soon.”

“JJ is as good as it gets for kids clothing...so long as you like their style. I usually shop online since the prices are a bit cheaper, but every once in while I go in person to the UTC location. Always wait for sales and size up to get your monies worth. The target clothing (Cat and Jack) is only a little bit cheaper and the stuff doesn't last half as long before fading. My 9 YO daughter can wear JJ clothing for over a year with no tearing, rips or fading. No other clothing line will last that long!”
“There’s no changing rooms and if you’re bigger this might not be a place for you but as a petite girl I love their stuff, I think it’s gotten more affordable and the staff has become more friendly while it’s been in the mall, they have store credit instead of returns which I don’t personally mind because they sell way cheaper dresses then Windsor and I think they’re more flattering as well”
