“Great scented shea butters, oils, jewelry. The Rihanna and Kush butters smelled amazing. The owner was very kind and knowledgeable while showing me around the store. They have a great book and clothing selection that sends great messages. I bought some stickers with quotes from the store. Very easy going atmosphere.”
“If you're visiting Barrio Logan and you don't stop at Casa XoVi you're missing out. I'm down in the area a few times a year and I NEVER MISS IT.The owner is fabulous. Such a wonderful woman and authentic. She cares and will help you get just what you need and what you didn't even realize you needed. Perfect spot for gifts also. The home made delicacies.... I stock up when I'm there.Try it all. You will thank me!I confess that I love the area but a lot of the shops are all selling identical things now and that is why I love Casa XoVi it is still unique.Art, Yummies, decor, gifts, and some of the classic items. Take a basket and let her fill it up and you will have a gift no one will forget.Go early for the best parking. I suggest comfy shoes and park a little ways off as it is more fun walking than fighting for parking. “Great experience at Old Navy in Mission Valley! The store is always nice, clean, and very well organized. Shelves and clothing racks are kept tidy, which makes shopping much more enjoyable. The staff was very helpful and went out of their way to help me find the larger sizes I was looking for. They also have a great selection of clothes with surprisingly good quality for the price. Definitely one of my favorite locations to shop at!”
“An old review of this location that said the staff is unhelpful is the absolute opposite from my experience today. They are so helpful and kind. However, I must admit I felt smothered. I will not be going back to Athleta in person because 1. I felt pressured to buy, and 2. four women came up to me within 5 minutes asking if I needed help. I still give 4 stars because they are so attentive and knowledgeable. However, I am an introvert and was very overwhelmed by the constant questioning from all employees. I did not have time to think about what I wanted. I also imagine that due to location they are trying to prevent theft loss. I respect the job they have to do is difficult. I would simply suggest they assign one employee to each customer because I was in a whirlwind of too much confrontation! I personally feel that asking a person more than once every 5 minutes if they need something is overkill.”

Even though I was out of town, they figured out a solution for me and handled everything in about 5 minutes. Saved me a round trip flight to San Diego.”
“I visited this boutique while looking for something a little different than the usual mall stores, and I was pleasantly surprised. The selection felt carefully chosen, with some really cute pieces that you don't see everywhere. The staff was friendly and gave me space to browse without being pushy, which I appreciated. Prices seemed fair for the quality. I ended up finding a top I really liked and have already worn it a few times. The store has a nice atmosphere overall. Definately worth checking out if you're in the area and enjoy unique fashion finds.”

“This is the cleanest Tj Maxx I’ve ever seen. The way all the merchandise is sorted and presented is unlike any other TJ I’ve visited.
Also, the workers here were so kind. I was in need of a specific item and the cashier literally started calling all the nearby stores to see who had it available for me!! Too kind, I just wish I remembered her name.
Same for the workers on the floor, they’re all so warm and friendly and happy to help.

“Bradley and people with similar work mind-sets to him are the reason why people return to a business consistently. Bradley is always cheerful on the phone, will answer all of your questions, and makes you aware of similar options if what you are looking for isn't available. He was able to answer all of my sizing questions. and he was super happy to be of help. Any business would benefit from an employee like him, he is truly valuable to have on your team! Friendly and genuine people also help change the stigma around A&F -- I always talk about going into the store to my friends and some of them raise an eyebrow at me, but once they go in, their attitude towards A&F completely changes. I am really happy about these kinds of societal shifts, in addition to having his smiling face at the storefront. He truly makes A&F what it is today. Thank you so much, I will be back!”
“I had the best experience at this store I feel like the staff went above and beyond. A pair of jeans that I asked someone to put up front for purchase when I was done shopping. When I went to get checked out the cashier who searched high and low could not find them, the line was getting so long I told her not to worry about it “I can just buy them online” after I finished checking out I realized the manager had still been looking for them and she finally found them!! I wasn’t in line anymore so instead of making me wait in the now really long that I inadvertently created she found a way to use my account to check me out so I didn’t have to waste any of my time. Honestly good customer service is hard to come by these days but not at this store, everyone at that store was spectacular I might shop in store instead of online because the employees make it so easy to shop and get the clothes you like.”
“Stopped by last night and didn't realize they were closed but the lovely woman working(I sadly didn't catch her name) was so gracious and let me come in and look around anyways. She was very sweet and even though I didn't purchase anything, it was a good experience! Love the store- it was laid out nicely and clean and I saw so many cute things!”
“I came here to get some hemming and alterations done on existing Lululemon shirts. I’m happy with the outcome because it was free. However, if there’s a piece you cherish I would go somewhere that does cleaner work.
The staff was super helpful getting me pinned for the adjustments. This shop is small so there was a 15min wait for the fitting room. They were clear that they can only cover straight hems in their policy. I asked if they could save the bottom hem with the motivational text and the finger holes like some other shops can do, and they said they would if they could.
Unfortunately, the finger holes and none of the Lululemon specific text or size dot and size information was left on the shirts. Also for the long sleeve they had to hem it a bit shorter than I would have liked because of they fully removed the finger holes. The hems aren’t totally straight but I know this material type is difficult. Last nit pick is the line work doesn’t have the best attention to detail and isn’t matched to the seams in all places.
Turn around was quick, a couple days. Seemed like they were doing a ton of alterations at this location. Greatful to have this option for free hemming at Lululemon.”
“At checkout, the cashier let me know about a store deal (buy one get one 50% off, mostly, any other item). Got these shorts I had my eyes on since I entered the store. Tried applying a $50 gift card, but it didn’t work. The cashier called the manager over. Turns out they need to enter the gift card number and pin for the gift card to work (not scan the gift card barcode). Everyone was really nice. One of my better experiences at this mall. Left feeling good :)”
“This is a great children's store in the heart of Mission Hills. Our 2 year old is a different size every month it seems so we stop by often. They have a great selection of clothes , books and toys for boys and girls. Not just regular kids stuff, but the cool hip stuff. The staff is friendly and will even special order an item for you if it's not in stock. Highly recommend!”
“It took me a while to write this review because I didn’t catch the name of one of the sales representatives—but I remembered Cemaka’s name when I received my package with his card inside.
We visited San Diego in July from Oklahoma on my husband’s business trip, and that’s when I discovered this boutique. I’ve never felt so comfortable in a store before. The sales representatives—especially Cemaka, a very kind and professional young man, and a lovely lady whose name I, unfortunately, didn’t catch—were absolutely amazing. They were polite, knowledgeable, and truly helpful in finding styles that fit and flattered my and my husband’s figures.
The store was sparkling clean, and the staff made us feel completely welcome. We’re not the skinniest people, but not for one second did we feel uncomfortable or out of place.
Thank you for such a warm and memorable experience.

“I thoughtlessly put my shoulder bag (with cash, cards, drivers license and phone in it) on a rack, while trying on different clothes in the men’s department and only realized that it was gone, when I wanted to pay.
Your staff then was extremely helpful with the search for the lost bag, which almost took one hour (because I was all over the men’s department). I almost gave up, but finally your staff member Nour found the bag, due to his special commitment and attention.
I am especially thankful for this, since I am here on vacation from Germany and the rest of my stay would have been ruined without my belongings in the bag.
I finally would like to express my congratulations to JCPenney for having this great employee Nour.”

“There’s no changing rooms and if you’re bigger this might not be a place for you but as a petite girl I love their stuff, I think it’s gotten more affordable and the staff has become more friendly while it’s been in the mall, they have store credit instead of returns which I don’t personally mind because they sell way cheaper dresses then Windsor and I think they’re more flattering as well”

“Can’t say enough good things about this place! We were in San Diego for our baby moon and totally hauled out on clothes and gear for the little one. The shop owner, Lindsey, was very friendly and helpful. She asked what I was looking for and immediately started going through recent donation bags and setting aside the right onesies for the sizes and season we needed. She even offered to help research the gear we were looking at to be sure it’s what we thought it was and we knew how to use it. Then, to top of all off, she shipped our giant haul back to Sacramento as a courtesy. She’s a kind person and I love that this shop exists.”
