Television broken. Elevator down. Broken hot tub. Dirty pool. Missing parts of luggage from it being manually hauled up and down stairs. No answer at front desk- from 7pm on……. Yup- this is a bad experience. I strongly suggest going somewhere worth the money.

Great Luxury hotel. Stayed two days and in that time there was three weddings. This ruined our stay. Otherwise all the facilitiesand especially the pool attendant were good.

LOVED my stay here! Pricey but worth it! The staff were amazing and the location is awesome.I stayed in one of the Villas so I had a beautiful view of the ocean and a balcony. The jetted tub was amazing as well.
