“Received excellent service from Brandy at the pharmacy (but disappointed that the price of my medication is now $126 for 3 mo. supply, that's $40 more compared to last year's price).
I did some shopping and received excellent service from Cynthia. I'm a loyal customer of this CVS branch in La Jolla Blvd for the last 8 years. All the staff, cashiers, and pharmacists have consistently given me excellent service and treated me with kindness and respect. Also, I'm glad that their restroom is now available for customers - what a relief during an emergency.”
“Brandy, in the pharmacy always goes above and beyond in customer service. I appreciate her she always tries to work through issues with my prescriptions as I always seem to have problems with the way my doctor sends through my prescriptions, before Brandy, no one ever tried they just told me to go back and work it out with my doctor.. most recently she also tried to get me the best price on a medication not covered by insurance. CVS, you’re lucky to have her.

I want to update my review to Add Daniel, I had trouble getting my prescription today. He literally called (4) different stores, hoping to find my prescription to see if it was available somewhere else. I have diabetes and he went and found that prescription in stock for me. You’re some other kind of epic customer service Thank you!”

“Tabitha and Kathleen are AMAZING. We have to realize that these pharmacist have to deal with so much. Between insurance companies, legalities, and doctors, their hands are tied at times.
With all of that said, Tabitha and Kathleen have been extremely kind, patient, and helpful, even when I wasn’t. I would recommend both pharmacist to anyone who is looking for the stated above. Thank you both.”

“It’s odd to tank a pharmacy, but this one has been SO impressive. They have a great text system that reminds me of refills, takes information and payment. Then they ship within a day or two and it shows up at my doorstep. I love the ease it takes to order prescriptions and the great customer service they provide. Highly recommended.”
