When COVID first hit and the state was shut down on 3/19/20, LJCDS was prepared like no other. Remote classrooms came on full time within 2 days.”

“Our kids have been here since they were 2. It's a diverse social community with high quality education that begins at 18 months. And no, it's not "overpriced daycare." It's impressive how much our kids developed in their first years here! The teachers and staff are terrific. As a San Diegan born and raised, I am amazed that our kids are learning in both French and English. Highly recommend.”

“We absolutely love La Jolla Montessori School! My son attended LJMS for his very first school year, and honestly, I wouldn't recommend anywhere else. The teachers are incredibly caring, patient, and supportive, and they made his first school experience such a positive one.
We've seen so much growth in him this year. He became potty trained, much more independent, and gained confidence in doing things on his own. He loves helping prepare snacks at school, and now he enjoys helping out at home too. It's been amazing to see how the practical life skills he learns at school carry over into everyday life.
We also really appreciate how safe and secure the campus feels. It gives us great peace of mind knowing he's in such a nurturing environment every day. We're so grateful to the entire LJMS team for helping our son grow into a confident, capable, and happy little boy.”
