“Everyone here is absolutely amazing, the teachers are so caring and sweet. The team was an absolute gem when I needed to get my daughter care while I attended school. We miss them tons! If we ever return to the area I would totally come back!”

“This is an excellent day care any parent could think of for their child. Imagine your kid telling you bedtime stories in which teachers are superheroes; that is the bonding teachers make with kids. Everything in this school, from teachers to classrooms, playgrounds, curriculum etc., designed with the "KID" in mind. We were with this school for over 1.5 years and my kid moved up 4 classes during that time and we could notice a tremendous change in social skills and behaviour. I wanted my kid to enjoy his school time, cheerfully spend his energy and by the evening pick up time, spark in eyes should be more bright and a smile in the face should be more happy. SEA gave my kid all these. I am happy and I recommend 100% to any prospective parents.”

“My 4 month daughter just started the program and I am fascinated on how organized the facility is and have good communication with parents. One of my biggest fear was COVID and once I had my tour I knew they were taking precautions with COVID. I was scared taking my newborn to a daycare. Her first day, I hand my daughter to Miah Missick and she made me feel comfortable and knew right away she was in the right place. She has been giving the right care for my daughter. I would definitely recommend this place..”

“we love Carmel Mountain Preschool. My son has been there for 2 years and he is thriving. we love the outdoor playgrounds with lots of interesting spaces for kids to explore and be creative. His teacher, Ms Goss, is amazing! she has helped him learn to problem solve, become more independent and work on his "big feelings", all in a supportive and loving environment. her communication with parents is excellent as well. our family highly recommends Carmel mountain preschool.”

“What a blessing Lifebridge Academy has been! Our daughter loves this school and has been attending for two years now. The teachers are wonderful and Julie, the director, is fantastic! Thank you Lifebridge for the love you have shown to our family and the Christian education that our daughter has received! We couldn't be happier!”

“My daughter went to Northminster from Oct 2022 to now. It's been an amazing year for her. The director Sharon and the assistant Leigh have always been so loving and welcoming. They know every student's name and always greet them during drop off and pick up. They also do a great job at keeping us in the loop with everything that's happening in the school through emails and the Brightwheeel app. My daughter went from not speaking very much and shy to absolute thriving and now a chatter box, all due to the loving teachers here. Ms. Isela from room 1 was great last year. My daughter would come home and talk about how she misses Ms. Isela. The last few months with Ms. Erica and Ms. Andrea have also been wonderful. They are attentive and always keep me updated with her progress. They do fun activities and art, but also focus on age appropriate academics to help our kids learn. As parents safety is always our biggest concern. Northminster is diligent about you checking in and out of your children and to always make sure only the authorized personnel are allowed to pick up your kids. I am always confident that when my daughter is at school, she is safe and well cared for.I also love that they offer an extended care program. If you're enrolled for half days, you always have the option for your child to stay later on days needed which has been life saving on some days.I am so sad that we are transferring to another school due to moving, otherwise we would have stayed for the entire year. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about this school. Did I mention they/the church offer parents night out once a month? For only $10 you get to drop off your child for them to play with their friends and do a movie night while you get breather or a date night! I would 100% recommend Northminster if you're looking for a preschool in Clairemont!”

“For any parent looking for a new daycare or it's their first time putting their child into one, this is 1000% where you want your children to be. I have nothing but kind words for this facility. Ms. Cristy and all her staff are absolutely amazing. My children have learned so much from all their teachers! Ms. Cristy and Ms. Gricelda have been extremely helpful and understanding of our family financial situation. Anyone can agree that right now is the toughest time to find affordable and reputable daycares, even with having some sort of subsidy. As a parent its hard enough trusting another person with your child's life. From being a stay at home for 3 years to instantly having to put them in someone else's hands. I stand by my word that you can trust everyone at this place. We loved all children's teachers (Ms. Itzel, Ms. Carmen, Ms. Ledy, Ms. Maria, Ms. Tina, Ms. Swapnil ) and appreciate all the hard work they put into teaching our kids such important values and life skills. I am extremely heartbroken to have to leave this place, but if i ever have the opportunity to return. You can fully expect the BERNALS to be back! ABC Family Thank you for everything you have done!”

“We enrolled our daughter in two classes at KCC (the baby class and the toddler class.) We had a phenomenal experience in the baby class. Ms. Abby was incredibly warm and loving, an excellent communicator, and we could tell she truly cares about all the children. Our daughter loved it! We highly recommend the infant class. For the toddler class, it is in the process of making some adjustments, there was overall less communication, and some challenges that need to be resolved, however the Director is currently seeking to fix the issues that came up. We have faith in KCC overall to resolve the toddler class issues.”

“My sons attended Montessori Child Development for almost 2 years. I truly recommend this place if you’re looking for a safe daycare/preschool with a Montessori curriculum. Since the very beginning I felt such a welcoming environment, and all my questions and concerns would always be answered. Ms. Abi is such a sweet and caring Director with great communication and I can say the same about all teachers, they all made sure to help both my sons grow in their education and development. I will forever be thankful for them and the service of care they provided to both my sons.”

“I went here from kindergarten to fourth grade and had some interesting experiences. The kids here were not the best but also not the worst. I loved this school personally because they would do a bunch of events like science experiments in the auditorium and a bunch of food. Most of the moms here a very gossipy and involved in everything so my family did not fit in so if you do not like to socialize this is not the school for you. By the end of fourth grade I was fluent in Chinese but by the end of fifth grade at my new school I forgot all of it so you really have to have a desire to learn and keep a language. In the end I think you can tell from what you just read that if you are not involved this is not the school for you!”

“We were booked to bring various macaws and a conure for the young children to see, hold for photos. The staff were very friendly and professional. The children very much enjoyed the parrots; we were impressed with the nurturing supervision the children were given. Beautiful campus as well.?”

“By far the best daycare we've had our children a part of! The progress in their development is clearly visible, daily. The director, Yvette, is such a great person and got our oldest son in very quickly after we had to pull him from another daycare in RB for their lack of supervision and abuse of him. The teachers and all the staff at Merry Go Around are all incredible, friendly and do such an amazing job with our boys. It's very heartwarming to see the amazing job they do here after what we went through at our oldest sons previous daycare. Thank you to everyone at the Merry Go Around for taking great care of our boys!”

“We adore the teachers and Ms. Julia! The student to teacher ratio is what sold us originally and we have stayed for the warmth, the education and the kindness that is embodied at World of Wonders. An OB gem”

“This school is one of our absolute favorites to send students studying abroad to! Every single staff member—from the administrators to the teachers—care for each student, guiding and teaching them with love. Whenever I stop by, I feel welcomed and am treated like family. Wonderful place, would definitely recommend!”

“We enrolled our infant and preschooler at Primrose this past fall, and it has been a wonderful experience. The level of care and attention each child receives is great. The teachers are incredibly sweet, caring, and dedicated to the well-being and development of the kids. It's reassuring to see our children so happy and well-adjusted in this environment.Something that sets Primrose apart are the extra-curricular activities offered during school hours. The convenience of having Soccer, Gymnastics, and Dance classes on-site is a major plus for busy parents like us. It's great to know our preschooler is engaging in these fun and enriching activities without the hassle of additional travel and scheduling. The school also excels in organizing events. The recent Winter Celebration was a major highlight, with its thoughtfully planned activities and inclusion of local women-owned businesses. They had crafts for the kids, multiple photo opportunities, Santa, henna, balloon animals, crepes, and an opportunity to book a professional holiday photo session. They checked all the boxes for a great event! It's evident that the school puts a lot of heart into creating a community spirit and memorable experiences for families. We've had the best experience at Primrose. It's a place where our kids are thriving, and as parents, we feel supported. Highly recommend to any parents considering it for their children!”

“My state funded medical insurance discontinued and I was worried about being able to continue any mental health services I receive, but the doctors and nurses are still gonna work with me without having health insurance! I'd say they really care about my mental health and quality of life. Thank God for this place.”

“This school is a gem and such a blessing to my family. My son is now in first grade and has attended since 4 years old. I would say it is a very wholesome, positive, loving and safe environment and we love all of the teachers and staff. They are so kind and seem genuinely happy to be working there. My son looks forward to going to school everyday. Also, I have a teaching background and I feel like the curriculum and academics here are very well balanced - not too lenient or rigorous. Also because of the small class sizes, my son's teachers have been able to focus specifically on his needs. Furthermore, the music teacher Ms Carel is phenomenal and the kids put on several incredible faith based performances every quarter. The principal Ms Tammy has walked us through some tough situations and she has been patient, kind and extends Christ's love genuinely. It's definitely a family feel here and you're lucky if your child gets to attend!”

“I love PCP so much. I wish my oldest went here when we first deciding about school. The front office and teachers are so kind and supportive. I don't think I ever felt dismissed or judged as a parent when asking questions. They have always greeted me with a smile. My kids feel seen and loved. I truly believe social play is so important to foster confidence and leadership as they move into the big schools. My kids are thriving because of this method. I would recommend PCP over and over especially if Mrs Kelly is still here. She is a true gem.”

“This school came to us highly recommended by family friends. We were in need of giving my son structure in his day to day, and hopefully his grandparents a break. We reached out to this school in August and we were luckily able to get him started as soon as possible to adjust. He started fairly young at 2.5 but he has grown so much and a lot of attributed to Mrs. Diesta and staff. Imagine my surprise that my barely 3 year old and very shy son recited a poem all by himself in front of an audience for their Christmas program. Also, many of the parents of the older students speak so highly of the school and how much they felt like their children have learned so much over the time they have been there. It was very refreshing to hear that live when we were initially new parents to the school. The building may seem older but don't let it fool you- it is filled with so much opportunity for our little ones to learn and grow.”

“We love University City Kindercare! Our daughter started there at 7 months old last November and is currently still enrolled. She started in the infant room and moved up to the toddler room shortly after her first birthday (we have nothing but good things to say about both rooms). As a teacher, I can be pretty picky about what I want for my own child- this center doesn't disappoint. All of the staff (teachers and directors included) are all so friendly and know our whole family by name. The teachers are my daughter's biggest cheerleaders- they cheer her on and help her meet new milestones, teach her new things every day (she does things at home that my husband and I know we didn't teach her!), and cater to her somewhat hesitant personality and give her all the snuggles she needs. They send daily pictures and videos, send notes about what she's learning every day, track her diaper changes, and even let us know how long she napped for each afternoon. And yes, she gets sick somewhat often but that is absolutely expected when you put any group of children together (our pediatrician said it's normal for babies to get sick every 3-4 weeks when they are little and new to daycare). We trust all of the employees at the center with our little girl and feel lucky to have her with them while we are away at work. They have a long waitlist for a reason ;)”

“We are grateful for our time at CCA! Our son has a wheat allergy and they immediately accommodated us without me even asking - I was touched! My son loved Mrs. Frymire's class and often times did not want to leave for the day. I always appreciated how they kept Christian teachings within their curriculum and loved that our son would come home talking about Jesus :) We only left because we moved across the country!”

“So glad we had to opportunity to send both our kids to this local montessori program! We loved every minute. The staff is so sweet and affectionate, and very communicative. Our experience with them has been very sommunity building for us. It's a church program but there is no pressure to participate in the church. They have recently had an administrative staff and some teaching staff overhaul, and I am not sure if or how it's affecting the programming, but I have noticed less of a focus on montessori learning, although I still see the materials in the classrooms and I might just be hearning about it less because my youngest just started attending and she's only 2. They also seem to be more affordable than the local competitiion.”

“My son transitioned from a well reputed charter school to SCBA this year. We were nervous about the move but wanted a school with more of a neighborhood feel. We've found it at St. Charles. The staff (especially Principal Cota) have been extremely warm and welcoming. The students are kind and friendly. I've been impressed with the academics and feel like our son is thriving. We also love that the school has sports which has allowed our son to play new sports in a low pressure environment. I have toured most of the schools in San Diego and am really happy we chose SCBA.”
