They immediately found the issue (stick of ram was not inserted properly) and were kind enough to explain how some of the components work. Gave me advice on updating and offered, without pressuring me, to have them do the updating for a very reasonable fee and timeframe. I declined but was very satisfied with the level of expertise and friendliness of their staff. I would highly recommend coming here!”

“I was a little nervous coming to CryWolf for an applecare repair as I knew they weren't officially an Apple store, but I had such a positive experience here! I'm a grad student and I had an unfortunate water spill on my laptop (aka my lifeline) and everyone at CryWolf were super friendly and supportive. They got my laptop back to me in mint condition in under a week and charged the usual applecare $299 repair fee. A shoutout to the two guys at the front (super friendly and they had a little kitten I played with), and thank you to Greg and Nancy for doing my repairs.”

“This is by far my favorite store to get stuck in. I mean for a while Walmart was okay, but man I love my tech and I love my gadgets, and I have lots of them and I always want more. Literally if you send me in there by myself with just the simple goal of asking a question about returns, I'll probably walk out 45 minutes later carting out and OLED TV. I get stuck in this store, and when I had a lot more cash flow coming through I was here a lot. This place probably is responsible for a good 80% of the tech in my house or rather my studio apartment. Which is quite large for a studio. Their prices definitely veer on the pricier side, especially considering this is Best buy we're talking about and there's no competition really in that space besides maybe I don't know The Target electronics department lol fries electronics doesn't exist anymore although they do have to compete online. And to be honest they're all men experiences in the best but it isn't the worst either. I can easily check if something is in stock at that store when I use the app. That has saved me many a trip. All I know I love Best buy, the app's pretty good too, I just wish I had more money to buy more things ??”

Since the Santee location closed, this is the closest to me and I hope they survive.Customer service is usually pretty quick whether I’m returning or picking up an order. Also, you can recycle all electronics like computers and monitors which monitors are free as long as they are small enough because in California there’s no fee. Just go to their website and see the measurements It has to be under.The parking is a little tight as you’re sharing a lot with Aldi, Texas Roadhouse, HomeGoods, and a few other stores in the strip.”

The Chula Vista location had failed me with their over-promising and under delivering.However, Mya and the district manager exceeded expectations the day before Thanksgiving. They managed to transfer my items to this store, assemble the table, and deliver everything within a few hours. Such exceptional customer service is indeed a rarity. This job is low pay, but it's a straightforward job that pays you to learn Dell and Lenovo training material, and you get good experience working in the field for the school district. There's quite a lot of work to keep up with, and due to the pay they're always looking for new techs. If you have previous experience with fixing computers, phones, and other tech for customers, this is a solid job that will require little training (other than dell and Lenovo specific training). Most people who move on to another job from here start working directly for the school district, and while this isn't a long term job, it's a great stepping stone for those who are comfortable repairing computers, and who are trying to build up a resume for a career in this field.”

I wasn't aware you had to sign in on a computer for service. Upon arrival none of the managers on duty, took it upon themselves to help me, nor welcome me in. As soon as Charles realized I was there, after about 10-15 minutes, he asked me if I needed help , and then explained to me, that I have to sign in on the computer. And was the one to help me, he's great. And I truly feel like he should be a supervisor or a key player in the training of future employees, thank you once again , Charles.”

I have other Apple products so it was not my first trip into this store.I saw a similar option at Costco, but could not make any upgrades to the order, so I didn’t. “The Apple Store was so helpful. We had an issue with our tablet's battery. They took a look and determined it was a fault within the iPad and not something we caused. They found a like iPad and replaced ours for minimal cost. I did not expect such assistance by replacing the old one because of the battery was faulty. I expected to be told there is nothing they can do but I was incorrect. I am thankful there was an Apple Store in such a central area.”

I live in San Diego and had such a phenomenally good experience over the course of several days with Ian and Mike (the sales manager) that I will drive there from now on. Both were highly competent and professional. What really lifted them way above and beyond was their sincere friendliness and cheerful willingness to bend over backwards to make sure I and other customers have an outstanding experience. Mike and Ian are reopening the store after renovations from the fire. These guys deserve all the business you can bring them. BTW, Mike said if he had four more of Ian's he could put his competitors out of business. I believe him.”
